What the data looks like
Data related to property management yield rates is sourced from three core business systems: property project fee management systems, operation cost ledgers, and public area operation management systems. Data syncs daily at midnight, pulling the previous day's business accounting data. The dataset includes monthly cumulative operating revenue and expense details. Each data entry uses JSON format, corresponding to a daily report for one property project. Entries contain these fields: project unique identifier, statistical date, current total collected amount, current total operation and maintenance expenditure, current total public area rental income, and accounting benchmark amount. All amount fields use RMB yuan as the unit. No percentage-based metrics are included.
Constraints for HTTP Interfaces and External Systems
Three types of heterogeneous business systems provide source data. HTTP interfaces must support multi-source data aggregation logic, to avoid returning incomplete data from a single system during a single call. Data updates once per day. Interfaces must strictly verify that the statistical date in the response data matches the query date specified in the request, to prevent returning historical data from non-target periods. Each data entry includes multiple fixed fields. Request parameters must support filtering by project ID. Response bodies must include all required fields, and no fields may be arbitrarily removed. Data comes from external business systems. Interfaces must be configured with a stable retry mechanism, to handle temporary network fluctuations during multi-source synchronization.
Configuration Settings
| Configuration Item | Recommended Value | Rationale |
|---|---|---|
api_request_timeout | 30 seconds | Property data interfaces aggregate data from multiple systems. 30 seconds covers most aggregation scenarios, and prevents request timeouts that interrupt processing |
api_cache_ttl | 86400 seconds | Data updates once per day. Set the cache period to match the update rhythm, to avoid returning old historical data |
api_filter_project_ids | Configure with the list of managed project IDs | Only return yield rate data for specified projects, filter out irrelevant business data, and reduce downstream processing costs |
api_response_fields | Must include project ID, statistical date, total collected amount, total operation and maintenance expenditure, total operating income | Match the required fields for property management yield rate accounting, and reduce the workload of field adaptation for downstream systems |
api_error_retry_count | 3 times | Temporary network fluctuations may occur during multi-source data synchronization. Retries reduce the probability of single-call failures |
The parameter values provided on this page are common starting points for configuration. Actual values are affected by data format, data volume, and business rules. Each scenario requires individual analysis. It is recommended to test on available samples before finalizing values.
Three Common Misconfigurations
- API calls return
500 Internal Server Error, with an error message containingerror from registr. The cause is that external system service registration addresses were not reconfigured after an upgrade, so the system cannot discover external data sources. - Under the same knowledge base and prompt configuration, API call results differ significantly from online chat responses. Some fields are missing or have logical deviations. The cause is that
similarity_thresholdandenable_rerankwere not configured in API call parameters, so the recall strategy does not match the default configuration used in online chat. - API calls return empty data or no matching results. The cause is that the target project ID was not configured in
api_filter_project_ids, so the interface cannot filter target business data.
How to Confirm Correct Configuration
- Send an API request that includes a specified project ID and statistical date, then check if the response body fields exactly match the configured
api_response_fields. - Review interface operation logs, confirm that the request timeout matches the configured
api_request_timeoutvalue, and check for no frequent timeout error records. - Wait for the daily midnight data update, then send another request, and confirm that the statistical date in the response matches the previous day's date.
- Configure multiple unrelated project IDs, send a request, and confirm that the returned results only include data for the specified projects.
