What This Type of Data Includes
Process and exception data for photovoltaic module encapsulation originates from daily work outputs of string welding, lamination, framing, and testing departments. This data includes layout diagrams, material batch records, lamination process logs, EL images, IV test reports, insulation pressure resistance records, packing lists, and other items. Data sources cover battery cell grading, glass adhesive film backsheet batches, MES systems, string welding and lamination equipment, and EL/IV testers. Updates occur once per module or per batch of materials. Data fields include battery cell current gear, lamination temperature and time, EL crack status, IV power value, insulation pressure resistance value, and more. Some documents use unstructured image formats.
Constraints for HTTP Interfaces and External Systems
Decentralized data sources and high update frequency require HTTP interfaces to support multi-source data pulling and high-frequency calls. This prevents process document generation from being interrupted by request delays. Mixed document types require interfaces to support mixed parameter transfer for structured fields and unstructured images. Strict, fixed field requirements mean core fields such as battery cell current gear and lamination parameters must be accurately included in requests. Missing or incorrect fields will lead to incomplete process document content or wrong exception report judgments. Additionally, abnormal issues in photovoltaic module encapsulation directly affect product quality and customer claims. This requires interfaces to include failure retry and exception alert mechanisms to ensure stable data transfer.
How to Configure Settings
This configuration is based on FastGPT v4.17.0.
| Configuration Item | Recommended Setting | Rationale |
|---|---|---|
| Single request data volume limit | 800–1200 characters | Aligns with the total amount of process-related data fields for a single photovoltaic module, prevents interface truncation of returned content |
| Timeout period | 30–60 seconds | Covers average time to pull data from MES and lamination equipment, prevents request interruptions |
| Authentication method | Bearer token authentication, valid for 1 hour | Connects to internal enterprise identity systems, ensures secure interface access |
| Request parameter configuration | Pass the variables field containing core parameters such as battery cell batch and lamination temperature | Matches fixed data field requirements for photovoltaic module encapsulation, ensures interfaces obtain complete business information |
| Return data format | Structured responseData + optional attachments | Adapts to mixed text and image output requirements for process documents and exception reports |
| Request frequency limit | No more than 20 requests per second | Matches the generation rhythm per module, avoids exceeding the upper limit of device data pushes |
Three Common Configuration Errors
- A 401 status code is returned when calling the HTTP interface, or business system user identities cannot be bound to FastGPT sessions. This occurs when the
Authorizationparameter is not configured correctly, and internal enterprise identity tokens are not passed to the interface. - A maxLength limit error is triggered when pulling component data in batches, and the returned process document content is incomplete. This occurs when a reasonable single request data volume limit is not set, and the number of fields passed in a single batch exceeds the interface allowable range.
- Generated exception reports do not include specific location information for EL cracks. This occurs when the storage address of the EL image is not passed in the
variablesfield, so the interface cannot obtain the corresponding unstructured data for analysis.
How to Confirm Successful Configuration
- Send a test request that includes battery cell batch and lamination temperature fields, check that the returned
responseDataincludes corresponding process document draft fields. - Use an internal enterprise test token to call the interface, confirm that the returned status code is 200, and no unauthorized related errors appear.
- Pass complete data fields for a single module, check that the returned result has no content truncation or missing fields.
- After configuring the request frequency limit, send 20 consecutive test requests, confirm that the interface does not report frequent errors or be blocked by current limiting.
