Inspection and Process Record Audit for Lithium-ion Cell Manufacturing: Model Integration and Configuration

Data for this category comes from raw material batch ledgers, workshop MES systems, slurry and coating testing equipment, dew point monitoring

This document applies to the model integration and configuration workflow for FastGPT v4.17.0.

What Data for This Category Looks Like

Data for this category comes from raw material batch ledgers, workshop MES systems, slurry and coating testing equipment, dew point monitoring devices, formation and grading cabinets, and laboratory test reports. Daily documents include batching records, coating and rolling parameters, winding/stacking records, liquid injection records, formation and grading data, OCV and safety test reports.

Data updates occur in real time per battery batch and per individual cell. Some critical parameters such as dew point and slurry ratio require high-frequency collection. Electrochemical systems have extremely high requirements for moisture, cleanliness, and batch consistency. Long-term cycle curve data must be retained for the post-stage formation and grading links.

Data sources are scattered and include both structured parameters and unstructured reports. Model integration must support associative reading of multi-source data. High-frequency real-time updated batch data requires configuration that supports filtering historical information by production batch to avoid mixing cross-batch data.

Large volumes of long-cycle formation and grading curve data require limiting the total context and output tokens per single call to prevent response timeouts. Accurate identification of sensitive parameters such as moisture and cleanliness requires enabling visual adaptation capabilities to read test reports with charts.

Document formats vary significantly across different production links. Corresponding parsing rules must be configured to ensure all types of files are processed correctly.

How to Set the Configurations

Configuration ItemRecommended Value RangeRationale
maxContext8000–12000 tokenSingle batch data includes multiple test reports and parameter records. Sufficient context must be retained to associate all relevant data within the batch
maxTokens4000–6000 tokenLong text parsing of formation and grading curves requires sufficient output space to avoid truncating critical test conclusions
visionEnabledOCV and safety test reports include numerical tables and trend charts. Visual recognition can accurately extract core data from charts
temperature0.1–0.3Inspection and audit scenarios require highly consistent conclusions to avoid random deviations affecting judgment accuracy
AIPROXY_API_ENDPOINTProxy access address of the local area network where the deployment is locatedLocal deployment scenarios require accessing compliant model services via a proxy to ensure production data remains on-site
quoteMaxToken1500 tokenCore content of a single test report must be referenced to avoid introducing excessive redundant data interfering with model judgment

Three Common Misconfigurations

  • Symptom: In a local deployment scenario, images converted to URLs in the knowledge base cannot be output by the model during conversations. Cause: The vision configuration item is not enabled, or the proxy configuration does not grant access permissions for internal image resources.
  • Symptom: The model returns empty recognition results after uploading a Word document. Cause: Parsing rules adapted for Office documents are not configured, or the document contains encrypted content or complex nested formats that exceed the default parsing scope.
  • Symptom: The model response times out when the data volume for a single batch is large. Cause: The maxContext or maxTokens configuration values are too large, exceeding the load threshold of the model service, or the number of data sources per single call is not limited.

How to Confirm the Configuration Is Complete

  • Upload a single batching record and formation and grading report, verify that the model can accurately extract critical parameters such as coating areal density and formation and grading capacity.
  • Initiate a query that includes multi-batch data, verify that the model can correctly associate test results for the corresponding batch, with no cross-batch data mixing.
  • Check the connectivity of the proxy configuration item, confirm that the model service can normally access internal MES systems and testing equipment data.
  • Upload an OCV test report that includes charts, verify that the model can output core numerical values and test conclusions from the charts.

The values provided here are common starting points and should be evaluated against the reader's own samples.
