What the documents look like
For product questions in General import declarations, this page examines FastGPT workflow routing. Compare the material received with the sources used in the answer. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
Product wording in import records first supports reading of those documents. A proposed test can provide a bill-of-lading packing description and invoice item name while stating that manufacturer instructions are absent. After collecting the passages and selection question, inspect whether the next step still distinguishes packaging, trade naming and intended use. The workflow cannot supply unstated performance, and arrival or import records alone do not establish suitability for a production condition.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Check | Proposed input for this page | Observed acceptance evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Text distinctions | Packing description, trade name and intended use | The input does not merge them into one property |
| Source identity | The goods covered by the bill of lading and invoice | Downstream text remains traceable |
| Human routes | Check a model, obtain instructions or defer | Each choice matches its actual recipient |
| Retest instructions | Manufacturer evidence and the original question | Citations use added material and preserve unknown conditions |
| External processing | Actual lookup, procurement or warehouse record | Text review and business execution are assessed separately |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Form input node | Submitted form values pass to subsequent steps. |
User-selection node | Execution follows the connected selected branch. |
Interaction-state check | Inspect waiting and post-submission states. |
Output handoff check | Compare values passed between steps. |
External-operation responsibility | External business operations require an implementation. |
Three common errors
Where documents use different names, establish whether they refer to the same goods before requesting product material or continuing the reading. A source owner may choose to check model correspondence, obtain manufacturer documentation or defer the answer. Test each connected branch and received content. Confirming the names resolves that source relationship only; it does not establish complete classification, quality or suitability of the goods. One reproducible reading failure is interpreting a shipping mark on the bill of lading as a manufacturer model and then answering a compatibility question. Inspect the mark in its original passage alongside the absent manufacturer source. Compare meanings before and after handoff. Until model evidence arrives, the next step should explain the transport identifier without propagating an invented product identity.
How to verify the setup
Retain the selection question, both source identities and the required manufacturer evidence for acceptance. After supplementation, compare form values with answer input, checking that the added instructions are cited and unknown conditions remain unresolved. An external lookup needs its actual service contract, authorization and response. Procurement or warehouse processing additionally needs the corresponding business record, without presuming execution from the end of the text-review workflow.
