What the documents look like
For product questions in General import declarations, this page examines FastGPT document chunking. Packaging liners and goods composition require different subjects preserved. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the document chunking step
A proposed import product table lists metal connectors in the goods column and paper liners in the packaging column. A note says the liners are for securing items only. A composition question needs metal attached to connectors and paper attached to liners. Parsing that joins both columns could leave a short block containing paper without its subject. Inspect original column roles and parsed word order before segmentation. Material used inside the same case cannot establish goods composition, and the liner description cannot supply other performance properties that the text never stated.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Original or chunk check | Specific source relationship | Evidence action |
|---|---|---|
| Goods attribute | Metal modifies connector | Check subject-material pairing. |
| Packaging attribute | Paper modifies liner | Do not transfer to goods. |
| Purpose note | Liner for securing only | Keep note with its subject. |
| Shipment scope | Two fields do not cover all components | Do not invent complete shipment composition. |
| Added technical sheet | Applicable subject and processing state | Retest incorrect column assignment. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Original-document check | Compare original files with parsed output. |
Chunk completeness | Keep conditions traceable to their subjects. |
Data and indexes | Retain original-data and index evidence separately. |
Sample retrieval | Retest literal wording and natural questions. |
Post-update check | Inspect training or index state after updates. |
Three common errors
One failure assigns the packaging field to goods specifications and the answer describes paper connectors. Another separates the securing-only note and turns the liner into a functional connector component. Compare subject names, column identity and purpose conditions to distinguish attribute transfer from enlarged scope. Original data and indexes remain different objects: a paper-related entry may concern packaging, so matching that word cannot answer goods composition. The two fields also do not cover every component, and metal connectors cannot establish that the entire shipment contains only metal goods.
How to verify the setup
Acceptance should query connector, liner and for securing only, then ask which item paper describes. Inspect clear subjects in returned blocks. Answers should map goods and packaging independently without expanding packing information into a complete composition list. If a technical sheet is added, verify applicable goods, actual processing and indexes before retesting. Upload success does not establish removal of incorrect column assignment from retrieval. Preserve the original table beside each block and inspect whether revised answers still transfer a packaging purpose to the product itself.
