What the documents look like
Franchise supervision material comes from two sides: headquarters standards and store execution. Store visit forms record how display and ordering standards were carried out. Franchise contracts set out the obligation to follow those standards. Rectification notices carry the problem and the deadline. Display standards supply the basis for product selection. These materials update weekly or monthly, and that mixed rhythm means one product can sit under different display standard versions at different stores. A selection question has to land on a specific store, a specific period and a specific standard version.
Product data and selection questions also require store photographs, POS sales and franchise system data inside one judgment chain. Where the material has no shared numbering, checking can only proceed document by document, confirming the subject and the validity period each time.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
Workflow routing in this task carries three duties: collecting selection conditions, receiving retrieval results, and separating interaction from business action. The form input node enters an interaction state when triggered, collects required information, and passes that information to later nodes after submission. The user selection node executes the corresponding "yes" branch after the user makes a choice, and each branch connection is verified one by one. The interaction state record is behaviour of the interaction node; no separate global state recording switch is set. Output handover must pass collected information explicitly to later retrieval, judgment or interface nodes, comparing output against input item by item. Order writing, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later flow. Retrieval and forms do not act as authorization to execute.
Hypothetical drill sample: a franchise supervisor holds, during a weekly store visit in June 2025, an excerpt of a Display Standard whose text reads "This version applies to franchise stores in the East China region, valid from 1 June 2025 to 30 June 2025; chilled beverage display layers shall be no fewer than three." The same batch contains a Rectification Notice whose text reads "Store A received a rectification request on 10 June 2025 concerning chilled beverage display layers, with a rectification deadline of 20 June." There is also a draft sentence awaiting judgment: "Store A completed rectification on 15 June and meets the display standard." The material needed for checking is the two source texts above plus Store A's 15 June store visit photograph record, which has not been provided. The draft sentence concerns Store A, the object is chilled beverage display layers, the period is June 2025, and the judgment fields are rectification completion status and display compliance status.
Configuration and implementation checks
Configuration centres on collection, retrieval and handover for this sample. It lists only documented settings or implementation check items. The values are starting points for this hypothetical trial and do not represent official defaults.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical trial starting point | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node required fields | Store number, standard version number, period | Aligns with the sample subject and validity period; interaction does not submit when a field is missing |
| User selection node branch | Yes branch points to the retrieval node | Verify branch connections one by one, comparing the choice result with the downstream node |
| Retrieval input handover | Standard version number and period as query conditions | Compare query conditions with the validity period field in the sample source text |
| Output handover node | Retrieval result passed to the judgment node | Compare output fields with form-collected fields item by item |
| Empty result handover | Paper input [] checked against downstream design | Observe whether downstream handles empty input; return content is not presumed |
| External action division | Rectification status backfill through a separate business interface | Check whether the interface exists; form submission does not substitute for backfill |
Three common errors
- Treating the interaction state record as authorization. In the sample, Store A received a rectification notice, which is a pending rectification state and does not indicate completed rectification. Form submission or user selection completes interaction only and does not produce a rectification completion fact. For the check, input the two sample source texts and the draft sentence, compare the draft sentence's "completed rectification" against the deadline field in the rectification notice, and observe whether a 15 June store visit photograph record exists. When it is missing, record the claim as unsupported.
- Treating retrieval results as a permission or entity filter. The sample query conditions are standard version number and period. Retrieval returns content by semantic relevance and does not exclude records from other stores or other periods. For the check, input the sample query conditions, compare the subject and validity period fields of returned content, and observe whether records outside Store A or outside the June period appear. When they do, exclude them manually.
- Associating libraries of different vector models together. The sample retrieval scope requires checking the library identifier and the vector model identifier first; libraries of different models cannot be associated together. For the check, input the library identifier and the model identifier, compare whether the two match, and observe whether association is executed when they do not match. When they do not match, exclude that library and record the actual observation.
How to verify the setup
- Verification one: input the sample Display Standard excerpt and the Rectification Notice text, and compare the draft sentence "Store A completed rectification on 15 June and meets the display standard" against the fields of both source texts. The rectification notice states only the receipt date and the rectification deadline, and does not state a completion status. The display standard states only the applicable region and validity period. The expected observation is that the completion status in the draft sentence is unsupported and requires the 15 June store visit photograph record; when that record is not provided, the evidence gap remains.
- Verification two: input the sample query conditions and compare the subject and validity period fields of returned content. The expected observation is that each returned item must be checked against store number and period. Records outside Store A or outside the June period are excluded manually, and the relevance score is not treated as an entity filter.
- Verification three: input the sample form-collected fields and compare the form output with the input of the later judgment node. The expected observation is that store number, standard version number and period are passed through completely, and interaction does not submit when a field is missing. Rectification status backfill requires a separate business interface, and form submission does not produce a backfill result.
