What the documents look like
For product questions in Letter-of-credit documents, this page examines FastGPT vector indexes. An invoice category and a technical probe entry do not automatically establish a complete machine. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the vector indexes step
A proposed product exercise associated with trade documents uses an invoice category called testing components and a technical attachment describing a probe and its connection, without the shipment list text. A question about a complete testing machine lacks an assembly relationship. The invoice supplies a broad name and the technical page supplies component information. An entry saying complete machine would expand a part into an entire unit. Shared testing purpose cannot add a main unit, controls or other unlisted contents, nor can a component page establish completeness of actual delivery.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Original-data/index check | Specific subject relationship | Acceptance action |
|---|---|---|
| Name level | Testing-component category | Do not expand into complete machine. |
| Technical subject | Probe and connection | Inspect actual component. |
| Page correspondence | Other equipment instructions may enter | Check goods relationship. |
| List gap | Machine composition not supplied | Obtain applicable original. |
| Added-list target | Category entry and new detail | Inspect adopted passage. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Embedding model | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Original data and indexes | One original data block can have multiple indexes. |
Index content | Index wording should be complete and focused. |
Image indexes | Where image retrieval is used, inspect descriptions or image vectors. |
Version and result check | After a change, reuse questions to compare originals. |
Three common errors
First, a probe entry may add a complete machine; inspect the objects actually listed in original data. Second, a component question may target connection instructions for another equipment set; inspect technical-page identity and goods correspondence. Third, after a shipment list is added, the answer may still cite only the invoice category; inspect list data, entry mapping and the adopted passage. These require hierarchy, object linkage and new-source adoption checks. Document type, entry wording and ranking cannot determine that the batch meets a delivery requirement absent its relevant evidence.
How to verify the setup
Acceptance should ask for the invoice name, technical subject and source establishing machine contents. Keep citations traceable. Existing material supports component and probe wording, while complete-unit scope needs the applicable list without invented counts or models. After addition, inspect processing and index state before comparing the same question with originals; file accessibility does not replace reading. Several entries targeting one component passage add no complete-machine evidence. This text exercise cannot replace actual document review or physical goods handover checks for a transaction.
