What the documents look like
For product questions in Regional dealer stock, this page examines FastGPT document chunking. Preserve model columns, general descriptions and row-specific exceptions in distributor tables. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the document chunking step
A proposed distributor table gives the narrow display rack side hooks, makes hooks optional for the wide rack and directs accessories to the corresponding row in a general note. The question concerns included hooks on the wide rack. Parsing must retain model and accessory columns, without copying the narrow configuration across rows. The general note supplies no actual accessory list until its row is read. Wide and narrow are hypothetical product labels rather than software parameters or verified specifications. A shared collection and adjacent rows do not establish identical contents for the two products.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Material check | Conditions in this test | Implementation evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Model column | Wide and narrow separate | Inspect parsed row correspondence. |
| Option wording | Wide hooks optional | Retain with its row. |
| General reference | See corresponding row | Read actual wide-rack row. |
| Updated target | Current wide configuration | Inspect processing and reference. |
| Actual applicability | No installation or stock evidence | Do not invent operation outcome. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Original-document check | Compare original files with parsed output. |
Chunk completeness | Keep conditions traceable to their subjects. |
Data and indexes | Retain original-data and index evidence separately. |
Sample retrieval | Retest literal wording and natural questions. |
Post-update check | Inspect training or index state after updates. |
Three common errors
First, a lost model column may leave included hooks without a subject; compare original table, parsed text and data block to restore row correspondence. Second, separating optional may make the wide rack appear complete with hooks; inspect the state word with its row rather than filling configuration from a fragment. Third, the general note may become a complete answer; inspect whether the actual reference contains the wide row. These concern model identity, selection state and referenced coverage. More indexes or a shared collection name cannot replace the missing item-specific evidence.
How to verify the setup
Ask about both rack configurations and where the general note points, retaining original rows, parsed text, block identity and actual citations. After chunk changes, test wide-rack, hook and natural inclusion questions without promising retrieval under a particular mode. An updated wide row needs processing and index-state checks before repeating questions against current text; upload success is no automatic reference update. This exercise places no replenishment order, tests no physical load or hook installation and establishes no actual inventory or supply confirmation. Actual adoption still requires applicable corresponding material.
