What the documents look like
For product questions in Brand member operations, this page examines FastGPT vector indexes. Member-activity identification and exclusive product colour need separate attribute sources. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the vector indexes step
A proposed member-product packet marks an activity as a member session, refers colours to a style page and says activity stickers do not identify the product version. A question about an exclusive member colour lacks style evidence. Member session identifies audience or channel, while the sticker explicitly does not establish a version. An entry saying exclusive member colour would turn activity identity into a product attribute. Preserve activity, sticker and style-source roles, without inferring exclusivity from member wording or denying an exclusive version from a missing page.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Original-data/index check | Specific subject relationship | Acceptance action |
|---|---|---|
| Activity identity | Member session | Do not turn into product colour. |
| Sticker note | Does not identify version | Check exclusion condition. |
| Style gap | Colour on another page | Obtain applicable original. |
| Period subject | Earlier activity may differ | Check current product. |
| Entry coverage | Several activity-mark entries | Do not treat as complete attributes. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Embedding model | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Original data and indexes | One original data block can have multiple indexes. |
Index content | Index wording should be complete and focused. |
Image indexes | Where image retrieval is used, inspect descriptions or image vectors. |
Version and result check | After a change, reuse questions to compare originals. |
Three common errors
First, an activity mark may be indexed as an exclusive colour; inspect the actual style description. Second, a colour question may target the sticker note; inspect whether that original concerns product versions at all. Third, style material from a previous activity may be used here; inspect period and product identity. These require attribute evidence, source role and temporal applicability respectively. Activity names, promotional expressions and repeated entries cannot establish colour confirmation, real sales outcomes or member-entitlement conclusions not supplied by the proposed product sources.
How to verify the setup
Acceptance should ask whom the activity addresses, what the sticker means and which source confirms colour. Retain does not identify version in citations. Current text can describe the member session and sticker purpose, while exclusivity still requires applicable style material. After obtaining it, inspect product and activity scope, then original-data and index correspondence before same-question comparison. Several activity entries may repeat one mark without adding attribute evidence. Data entering a knowledge base cannot establish that the configuration was actually implemented for the current campaign or that every member receives the same product version.
