What the documents look like
Trade and FX administration in this category centers on foreign exchange funds and the authenticity of the trade background. The review does not examine a full set of letter of credit documents. The working materials are settlement receipts, trade contracts, invoices, and foreign exchange business registration records. Data sources include State Administration of Foreign Exchange policy, bank online portals, corporate finance ledgers, and customs export data. Updates arrive per transaction and per month. The typical roles are foreign trade finance staff, bank relationship managers, and FX specialists.
For product information and selection questions, this means the corpus must carry the correspondence between the receiving party, amount, currency, and trade background. Model connections and configuration must be checked against those input materials and the output boundary. The system requires at least one language model and one indexing model to work normally.
Constraints at the model connections step
Model connections depend on AI Proxy. App and Admin services must both set AIPROXYAPIENDPOINT and a non-empty AIPROXYAPITOKEN. Missing either item causes startup validation to fail. AIPROXYAPIENDPOINT holds the AI Proxy service root address without adding /v1. Legacy OpenAI environment variables or a single-model custom request address cannot replace these two settings. The model ID is the value of the model field in the request body and is globally unique. The model name is for display only. Model capabilities are checked separately against the inputs an application needs; multimodal support, tool calling, and thinking configuration are verified one by one. Application parameters are set in the application or node configuration, and same-named fields on a compatible chat interface cannot be assumed to override orchestration.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample. A trading enterprise provides three source sentences for review. Sentence one: "On 10 March 2026, the trading enterprise received USD 120,000.00 in goods payment from overseas buyer Company A, settlement receipt number HX-2026-0310-07, corresponding contract number HT-2026-018." Sentence two: "Contract HT-2026-018 specifies payment by telegraphic transfer, goods are stainless steel pipe fittings, invoice number FP-2026-0311." Sentence three: "The receiving party, amount, and currency on the settlement receipt, contract, and invoice are consistent." The draft sentence to be judged is: "This receipt has completed settlement and obtained a foreign exchange business registration certificate." The materials needed for judgment are the settlement receipt, trade contract, and invoice. Proof of completed settlement and the registration certificate is not provided, so the draft sentence is unsupported.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Assumed starting point for this exercise | Reason and comparison object |
|---|---|---|
| AIPROXYAPIENDPOINT | Fill in the AI Proxy service root address without /v1 | Compared with the official requirement, missing it fails startup validation |
| AIPROXYAPITOKEN | Fill in a non-empty administrator token matching the server side | Compared with the official requirement, an application API key cannot substitute |
| Language model | Enable at least one language model | Compared with the system requirement, missing it prevents normal use |
| Indexing model | Enable at least one indexing model | Compared with the system requirement, missing it prevents normal use |
| Model ID | Match the model field in the channel | Compared with the official description, it is globally unique and used in the request body |
| Model capability | Check separately against the inputs the application needs | Compared with the official description, multimodal and tool calling are verified separately |
Three common errors
- Writing AIPROXYAPIENDPOINT as a full model request address with /v1 appended. The input is the configured value, the comparison object is the official root address requirement, and the observable result is whether startup validation passes.
- Using an application API key in place of AIPROXYAPITOKEN. The input is the token value, the comparison object is the server-side administrator token, and the observable result is whether startup validation passes.
- Treating the draft sentence as an established fact. The input is the three sample source sentences and the draft sentence, the comparison object is the settlement completion and registration certificate materials, and the observable result is whether the materials state that status.
How to verify the setup
- Input the first and second sample sentences. Compare the receiving party, amount, currency, and contract number for consistency. When they match, the check condition is met. When they differ, record the discrepancy.
- Input the third sample sentence and the draft sentence. Compare whether settlement completion and the registration certificate are stated in the materials. When they are not stated, record the result as unsupported and do not judge it as completed.
- Input the AIPROXYAPIENDPOINT and AIPROXYAPITOKEN configuration values. Compare them against the official requirements. When both meet the requirements, startup validation passes. When either is missing, record the result as not passed.
