What the documents look like
For product questions in Multi-warehouse inventory, this page examines FastGPT model connections. Preserve warehouse, stock time and transfer stage in allocation-document answers. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the model connections step
Suppose a synchronization sheet is a warehouse A snapshot, warehouse B has only a transfer request, and allocation instructions require checking the receiving region. Inspect whether the connected model receives warehouse identity, snapshot time and regional limits alongside the product name. Historical stock establishes no current availability, and a request is no booked receipt. This exercise supplies no actual quantities, transfer execution or inventory-interface call. The answer should explain which allocation judgments the documents support and which dates or receiving details remain missing.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Allocation input | Hypothetical limit | Inspection trace |
|---|---|---|
| Warehouse A | Historical snapshot | Retain recorded time |
| Warehouse B | Transfer request | Inspect actual receipt |
| Region | Limited rule scope | Compare receiving address |
| Product | Shared name, separate warehouses | Inspect quantities by warehouse |
| Output | Proposed system handoff | Check parsing and evidence separately |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
AI Proxy dependency | Inspect services, channels and application for the deployed version. |
AIPROXY_API_ENDPOINT | Use the AI Proxy service root address. |
AIPROXY_API_TOKEN | Use a nonempty administrator token matching the service. |
Model capabilities | Test capabilities required by the actual input path. |
Application parameters | Same-named interface fields need not override application settings. |
Three common errors
- If the snapshot time never arrives but the answer promises current stock, inspect request fields and cited passages, then repeat the scope question with the time supplied.
- If warehouse B’s transfer request becomes warehouse A’s sellable stock, compare warehouse identity, movement direction and receiving evidence. Shared product names do not merge quantities.
- If a regional restriction disappears and one warehouse is recommended everywhere, inspect the actual receiving region and the source condition for an expanded audience.
How to verify the setup
Compare documents for the same product across warehouses, asking first what each record establishes and then supplying the corresponding receipt. Only supported warehouses and stages should change. Test pasted text and uploaded files separately. Structured returns need parsing and factual field checks. Connectivity executes no stock synchronization or transfer; actual writes require separate implementation and business authority.
