What the documents look like
Peak-sale warehouse and delivery scheduling centers on short-term peak capacity and the coordination of people, vehicles, and yard space. This differs from routine multi-warehouse inventory synchronization, which addresses steady-state transfer questions. The main data sources for this category are historical peak-sale orders, platform campaign registration records, WMS capacity figures, and courier pickup capability. The documents handled day to day are peak-sale forecast sheets, staff rosters, courier assurance plans, and exception daily reports. Data updates per event and per day.
These characteristics mean that product information and selection Q&A at the workflow routing step faces concentrated short-term decisions. Input materials often become complete only between campaign registration and warehouse opening, and a scheduling plan must trade off among staff, vehicles, and yard space. The workflow routing step therefore receives forecast sheets, rosters, courier plans, and exception reports as its working inputs, and must route each request according to what those documents actually state.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The form input node is a user interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and after the user completes the interaction the workflow continues downward. The node collects required information and, after submission, passes the collected form information to subsequent nodes. The user selection node is also a user interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and after the user completes the selection the workflow continues. When the user makes a choice, the node evaluates that choice and executes the corresponding "yes" branch. The interaction state record is behavior of the interaction node; no separate global state-recording switch is documented. The collected information must be explicitly passed to subsequent retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes. Order writing, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a subsequent process.
Hypothetical drill sample: a warehouse manager submits a peak-sale forecast sheet whose source text reads, "Campaign registration has been submitted; expected peak order volume is three times the daily level; temporary staffing requirement is forty people; courier vehicle requirement is six vehicles; the scheduling plan is pending confirmation." The manager also submits a draft sentence: "Please directly arrange temporary staff and vehicles according to the above forecast sheet." The request contains the subject (warehouse manager), the object (the forecast sheet), the status (pending confirmation), and the authorization boundary (submission of the forecast only; no scheduling approval has been granted).
Configuration and implementation checks
| Check item | Relevant setting or implementation check on this page | Correspondence with the sample |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | After triggering, enters the interaction state, collects required information, and passes it to subsequent nodes after submission | Check whether the forecast sheet is collected as required information |
| User selection node | After the user makes a choice, executes the corresponding "yes" branch | Check whether the scheduling-plan confirmation branch is connected |
| Interaction state check | State recording is behavior of the interaction node | Check whether the state is recorded during the interaction |
| Output handoff check | Explicitly pass collected information to subsequent retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes | Compare each forecast sheet output field against downstream inputs |
| External operation division | Order writing, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or subsequent process | Check whether scheduling execution connects to a separate interface |
| Hypothetical starting point for this exercise | Use forty people and six vehicles as the paper comparison starting point, compared item by item against the source values in the forecast sheet | The reason for choosing this starting point is that the sample already states these values |
Three common errors
- Treating submission of the form input as scheduling authorization. In the sample, the forecast sheet status is "pending confirmation." The submission action completes information collection only. Scheduling execution requires a separate business interface or subsequent process.
- Treating the "yes" branch of the user selection node as automatic execution. That branch only indicates that the corresponding path executes after the user makes a choice. It does not indicate that order writing or vehicle dispatch has been completed.
- Treating retrieval results as a permission or entity isolation mechanism. Semantic recall and relevance scores do not perform permission or entity isolation, and a same-vector-model requirement for a retrieval library cannot be extended to claim that a business registration website or another external system must use the same model.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample source text "Campaign registration has been submitted; expected peak order volume is three times the daily level; temporary staffing requirement is forty people; courier vehicle requirement is six vehicles; the scheduling plan is pending confirmation" together with the draft sentence "Please directly arrange temporary staff and vehicles according to the above forecast sheet." Compare whether the draft sentence changes the "pending confirmation" status into an approved status, and observe whether the draft sentence exceeds the authorization boundary stated in the forecast sheet. Expected: the draft sentence states no scheduling approval, so the condition for scheduling execution is not satisfied.
- Input the sample source text and compare whether the form input node output contains all fields of the forecast sheet, then observe whether downstream nodes receive the complete fields. Expected: if fields are missing, record the gap and do not fabricate authorization or effective clauses.
- Input the sample source text and the draft sentence, compare whether the "yes" branch of the user selection node is connected to a scheduling execution interface, and observe the branch connection state. Expected: if the branch is not connected to an execution interface, scheduling execution does not hold; if it is connected, check whether that interface has business write permission.
