What the documents look like
Multi-store matrix management on e-commerce platforms centres on cross-store authorisation and price order. Compared with single-store advertising delivery, the work covers several store entities, channel prices and authorisation states at the same time. The daily materials are the store authorisation list, the price control table, the cross-border diversion complaint form and the monthly sales report, with updates at a daily and a monthly level.
For the product information and selection question-answering task, the objects handled are product entries and their store ownership relations. The question-answering output has to feed later retrieval or judgement nodes. The update frequency of the materials does not change the behaviour of workflow nodes, and this page does not derive batch synchronisation or real-time triggering from it.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The form input node is a user interaction node. When it is triggered, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and the dialogue waits until the user completes the interaction. Once the user fills in the required information and submits, the node collects the submitted form values and passes them to later nodes. The user selection node is also a user interaction node with the same interaction behaviour. When the user makes a choice, the node judges that choice and executes the corresponding "yes" branch, so the branch connections need to be verified one by one. The documents do not describe a global state-recording switch or a submission-count control. Interaction waiting and a hidden dialogue box are existing node behaviours and do not constitute an authorisation judgement.
Retrieval results do not carry permission or entity isolation duties. A similarity setting does not exclude unauthorised records. Libraries built on different vector models cannot be associated together; the identifier must be checked first and non-matching libraries excluded, without running cross-model retrieval to compare missed recalls. External order writes, document backfill and status synchronisation require a separate business interface or a later process.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: a brand channel operator lists three records in paper materials under "store authorisation list". They are "Store A, authorisation valid until 30 June 2025, status: signed", "Store B, authorisation application submitted, status is pending review", and "Store C, not listed in this list". A draft sentence reads "Store B has obtained authorisation and can take part in this selection question-answering round". The draft sentence concerns the subject Store B, the object of authorisation status, and the current period, and it disagrees with the source wording "pending review". A separate handover request reads "please add Store C to the selection scope of the price control table"; the source does not state Store C's authorisation status.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Value or check item on this page | Basis and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Collect store name and the product entry to be selected | The document states that submitted information is passed to later nodes; compare each output field with the input |
| User selection node | Set the branch "whether to enter selection question-answering" | The document states that the "yes" branch is executed; verify branch connections one by one |
| Interaction state check | Workflow state is recorded after triggering | The document describes this as interaction node behaviour; no separate global switch is set |
| Output handover | Pass form values to a retrieval or judgement node | The document requires explicit passing; compare fields one by one |
| Hypothetical trial starting point | Retrieval similarity threshold set to 0.5 | This is the starting point for this exercise, chosen to observe whether an empty result is returned below that value; compare against 0.5 |
| External operation division | Order writes and document backfill | The document states that a separate business interface or later process is required |
The numeric value in the table is the starting point for this hypothetical exercise and does not represent an official default. The same-vector-model requirement for a retrieval library applies to that library itself and does not extend to external systems.
Three common errors
- Treating "pending review" as already authorised. The input is the Store B record above, the compared field is authorisation status, the source wording is "pending review", and the draft sentence says "has obtained authorisation". The two values are mutually exclusive in the same field, so the draft sentence is not supported.
- Treating retrieval similarity as a permission filter. The input is one selection question-answering retrieval, and the compared objects are the returned records and the authorisation list. A similarity score does not carry the duty of excluding unauthorised stores, and the authorisation status must be checked separately.
- Treating form submission as a completed external write. The input is the store and product entry collected by the form, and the compared object is the actual write result in the order or document. The document does not state that the form node completes external writes automatically, so that action requires a separate interface.
How to verify the setup
- For the Store B draft sentence, input the three source records and the draft sentence, compare the authorisation status field, where the source reads "pending review" and the draft reads "has obtained authorisation". The expected finding is pending verification, not a finding of authorisation.
- For the Store C handover request, input the source list and the request, and compare whether Store C appears in the authorisation list. The source does not state Store C's authorisation status, so the expected outcome is to record the evidence gap and not to carry out the action of adding Store C to the selection scope.
- For empty-result handover, input a paper retrieval result of [] and compare whether the downstream node design handles an empty array. The expected outcome is that the downstream node does not interpret the empty result as an absence of authorised stores, and only records that no records were returned.
All of the above are paper checks. No workflow was run, and no business write or authorisation change was produced.
