What the documents look like
Group-buy leader operations center on community pickup nodes and commission settlement. The working materials for this category are leader agreements, commission tables, pickup lists, and community announcements. The data comes from the group-buy backend, leader community groups, order details, and after-sales records. Product information and selection questions must land on traceable source text, because a leader agreement and a commission table carry different subjects, periods, and fields. When a selection answer states a conclusion without pointing to the specific material that supports it, an operations handover cannot check the claim.
The brief gives daily and per-group update frequency. This page does not derive batch synchronization, full synchronization, real-time behavior, or transaction-triggered mechanisms from that frequency. The category differs from cold-chain acceptance: leader operations manage community nodes and commissions, and do not directly perform cold-chain quality inspection.
Constraints at the citation tracing step
The knowledge base search node first checks the selected knowledge bases and material versions. Only knowledge bases that share the same vector model can be associated together. Knowledge bases with different vector models cannot be associated, so the check is to compare the model identifier, exclude the mismatched base, and record the actual observation. The search node outputs a citation array whose length may be zero. An empty array does not mean the workflow has errored and stopped.
Whether the retrieval output is passed to the answer step requires checking the answer against the cited source text item by item. Citation display is checked against a traceable sample; a thinking process or a fluent answer does not substitute for source evidence. Material currency is tested with the current version and a historical version of the document, and whether a citation is adopted still depends on review against the effective version. Semantic recall and relevance scores do not perform permission or entity isolation. Retrieval is not authorization.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: the material text reads, "Leader agreement (number T-0417, party A is a group-buy platform, party B is a group leader, signing date 1 March 2025) states: party B is responsible for pickup and neighbor after-sales service in this community, and commission is settled according to the current version of the commission table. Commission table (version 2025-03, applicable period 1 March 2025 to 31 March 2025) states: the commission rate for fresh produce is 8%. Community announcement (publication date 5 March 2025) states: this week's pickup time is adjusted to 18:00 daily." The draft sentence to be judged is: "The leader agreement has agreed a fresh produce commission rate of 8%, and pickup time follows the announcement." This sentence assigns the commission rate to the agreement, which differs from the source attribution.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this exercise | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Associated knowledge bases | Select only the knowledge base containing the leader agreement and commission table under the same vector model | Compare the vector model identifier against the other base; exclude it when different |
| Search mode | Use semantic retrieval together with full-text retrieval | Compare item by item against semantic retrieval alone, observing number matches |
| Citation limit | Set a starting value in tokens for this exercise | Compare citation counts for the same question against a smaller value |
| Minimum relevance | Take a middle band as the starting value for this exercise | Compare returned counts against a lower value, observing whether unrelated fragments appear |
| Result rerank | Enable according to settings when a rerank model is available | Compare ordering against the disabled state, observing score changes |
| Citation content output | Accept the array, which may be empty | Check the downstream design with a paper input of an empty array |
Three common errors
- Writing the commission rate as agreement content. The draft sentence says the agreement has agreed 8%, while the source text places 8% in the commission table. The subject and field attribution differ, so the claim is unsupported.
- Treating a retrieval hit as authorized execution. Retrieving agreement text only shows the material was recalled. Signing, reaching cooperation, and contract effectiveness are three distinct facts, and retrieval does not create operating permission.
- Treating a pending review as approved. When a handover request is in pending review status, that status does not show a lack of operating permission, and it cannot be treated as approved execution.
How to verify the setup
- Input the draft sentence above together with the two material texts, and compare the source field of the commission rate. The condition is met when the draft sentence and the source text agree on attribution; otherwise record an attribution error.
- Input a paper empty array and check the downstream design. The condition is met when the downstream accepts it normally and the empty array does not interrupt the flow.
- Input the same question using semantic retrieval alone and using semantic plus full-text retrieval, then compare number-type content matches. The condition is met when full-text retrieval produces the number match; when it does not, record the actual observation without inferring a cause.
This page addresses only group-buy leader operations, product information and selection questions, and citation tracing. Which materials, operations, and requests sit at which authorization state during an operations handover cannot be settled by treating retrieval or a form as authorized execution.
