What the documents look like
For after-sales questions in General export declarations, this page examines FastGPT shared access. Inspect declaration-source visibility and conversation continuity from a customer service entry without treating the complete link as transaction authorization. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the shared access step
A proposed service entry explains correction actions for one export shipment; an internal contract appendix is outside the intended scope. Obtain the complete system-generated link from the publishing channel and inspect visible text in the receiving environment. The link locates an entry without authorizing its holder to read a contract. If other shipments or internal attachments appear in an answer, retain entry, question and full response. Opening the page alone does not validate the intended source boundary.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Entry check | Export-service reading condition | Acceptance evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Complete link | Full address generated by the publishing channel | Content visible in the receiving environment |
| Source boundary | Separate correction notes and internal contracts | Full response to a restricted-source question |
| Across devices | Inspect computer and phone history separately | Clarify shipment and original question |
| Access conditions | Test expiry and user limits by version | No substitution for resource grants |
| Business result | Separate advice from actual correction | Inspect declaration or invoice records |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Login-free window | Copy the complete generated sharing link. |
Expiry and QPM | QPM is the per-user requests-per-minute limit. |
Credit limit | Inspect usage and charging conditions by entry and edition. |
Identity verification | Third-party authentication has commercial-edition restrictions. |
Conversation-history boundary | Anonymous identity depends on the same device and browser. |
Three common errors
- If a correction summary exposes internal contracts or other shipments, retain entry, question and full response. A complete link authorizes no universal transaction reading.
- If a phone lacks the computer’s invoice reference, inspect shipment and original question, then clarify the subject. Anonymous device identity transfers no earlier conversation automatically.
- If explaining correction actions becomes an amended invoice or updated declaration, inspect actual records. A shared answer organizes wording; distinguish restricted entry access from business failure as well.
How to verify the setup
Test the permitted correction note and restricted contract appendix separately, recording reads and denials. Inspect expiry and per-user access limits for the actual version. Third-party identity validation, if required, needs inspection of commercial-edition scope and interface returns rather than presumed availability. The response can organize actions without establishing an amended invoice or updated declaration. Verify those outcomes against actual business records instead of accepting the completed entry conversation as evidence.
