What the documents look like
Amazon FBA preparation moves inventory into platform warehouses, so the main risks sit at inbound receiving and inventory age. A missed inbound window, a stale stock position, or a rejected compensation claim each produces a different operational loss. The working materials for this category are the FBA inbound plan, carton labels, inventory reports, and compensation applications. Forecast replenishment quantity, carton label production, and inbound discrepancy tracking consume the most time. These materials are split across order fulfillment and after-sales question handling into a chain of collect, judge, then hand over.
FastGPT v4.17.2 documents two user interaction nodes that carry this chain. The Form Input node enters an interaction state when triggered, records the workflow state, and after the user completes required information and submits, passes the collected form information to later nodes. The User Selection node also enters an interaction state, records the workflow state, and after the user makes a choice, executes the corresponding "yes" branch. Both nodes are user interaction nodes, can be added repeatedly, and trigger execution. This page addresses one task: how workflow routing separates collected information, human verification actions, and business execution actions at the order fulfillment and after-sales question stage.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
At this step the constraint is that routing must hand collected information explicitly to later retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes, and each connection must be checked item by item. Order writing, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separately connected business interface or a later flow. Retrieval and form submission do not constitute authorized execution. Interaction state recording is a behavior of the interaction node; the documents do not describe a separate global state recording switch.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample. Source text for verification: "Batch A inbound plan: subject is a certain East China replenishment operations group, object is the Batch A inbound plan, status is submitted and awaiting platform review, effective range is 1 June 2024 to 30 June 2024; the carton label file has been generated and attached after the plan." The handover request to be judged: "Based on the submitted, pending-review inbound plan above, directly write Batch A inventory into the platform warehouse and synchronize external status." In checking this request, subject, object, status, and effective range all come from the source text above. Pending review is an authorization state that has not been supported, and it does not constitute a basis for direct writing. The write and synchronization actions in the request lack a stated downstream implementation.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this page | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Form Input required information | Set as required | The documents state that after submission, information is passed to later nodes; compare inputs and outputs item by item against the later retrieval or judgment node |
| User Selection branch connections | Verify each "yes" branch one by one | The documents state that after the user makes a choice, the corresponding branch executes; check whether each connection points to the intended node |
| Interaction state recording | Record according to node behavior | The documents state that the node enters an interaction state and records the workflow state; no separate global state recording switch is set |
| Output handover | Explicitly pass to later nodes | Give collected information to retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes; compare outputs and inputs item by item |
| External operation division | Connect a business interface or later flow separately | Order writing, document backfill, and external status synchronization are not completed inside this node |
Three common errors
- Treating a submitted, pending-review inbound plan as a basis for direct writing. Input: the sample source text above and the handover request. Comparison: the status field "pending review" against the write action in the request. Observable result: the request lacks a stated authorization and downstream implementation, and must be recorded as not supported.
- Treating the "yes" branch of a User Selection node as already executed. Input: the branch connection and a user selection result. Comparison: the selection result against the branch target. Observable result: the branch executes only after the user makes a choice; when no choice is made, the flow remains in the interaction state.
- Treating retrieval output or form submission as business authorization. Input: retrieval output and form information. Comparison: these against the authorization boundary for order writing and external synchronization. Observable result: these outputs serve later judgment only; writing and synchronization require a separately connected implementation.
How to verify the setup
- Take the sample source text and handover request above as input. Compare the status field "pending review" against the write action in the request. If the request still demands direct writing and synchronization, judge it as not supported and retain the evidence gap.
- Take one "yes" branch connection of the User Selection node and one user selection result. Compare whether the two correspond. If the connection target matches the selection result, the branch connection check passes; otherwise record the mismatch.
- Take the required information collected by the Form Input node and the input of the later node. Compare the fields item by item. If they match, the output handover check passes; if a field is missing, record the gap and wait for supplementation.
