What the documents look like
Regional dealer stock replenishment runs as daily rolling orders inside wholesale and dealer channels, and its rhythm differs from seasonal centralized ordering. The working document set consists of replenishment requests, inventory turnover sheets, outbound delivery notes and payment collection plans. Data originates from dealer ERP systems, brand ordering systems, warehouse inventory and sales receipts. Updates arrive mainly by week and by month, which means conversation logs and audit work must group material under the same business period.
Conversation records for order fulfillment and after-sales questions become usable audit evidence only when checked against replenishment requests, outbound delivery notes and payment plans under the same entity and the same period. A conversation log carries no authorization by itself. A retrieval hit does not mean a replenishment request was approved, an outbound delivery note was executed, or a payment collection plan was fulfilled.
The conversation interface identifies a session under one application by chatId, and identifies a dialogue under that session by dataId. Audit checking starts by confirming which business entry a chatId corresponds to, and does not combine sessions from different entries. When run detail is needed, detail is set according to the official contract; in non-stream mode the result is stored in responseData, and in stream mode events distinguish the output. Which fields the interface actually returns determines the scope of log retention, and business data that is not returned cannot be assumed to be fully retained. Identity fields in test mode may differ from formal calls, so input, history and returned content are checked separately. Reconciliation, retention and compliance requirements are implemented separately by the complete business solution; the existence of a log does not equal a completed compliance audit.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: a regional dealer states in a replenishment request, "Requesting replenishment of model A, 120 units, request date 10 March 2025; the current inventory turnover sheet shows 40 sellable units of this model." A draft sentence awaiting judgment reads, "This replenishment request has been approved and the outbound delivery note has been generated." After checking the source material, the request and inventory figures are stated, while approval status and outbound delivery note generation do not appear in the material. The draft sentence is unsupported.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
The conversation interface uses chatId to mark a session under one application and dataId to mark a dialogue under a session. Audit checking confirms the business entry behind a chatId first, and does not count sessions from different entries together. When run detail is required, detail is set per the official contract; non-stream results sit in responseData and stream results are distinguished by event. The set of fields the interface returns bounds what the log can retain, and business data not returned cannot be presumed fully retained. Identity fields under test mode may differ from formal calls, so input, history and returned content are each checked. Reconciliation, retention and compliance obligations belong to the complete business solution; a stored log does not amount to a finished compliance audit.
The primary task here is drafting and checking after-sales reply text for regional dealer replenishment. The check compares proposed copy sentences against the supplied source wording and its limits, and does not drift into identity certification, report analysis or any other task.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Documented official content | How it is checked against this page's sample |
|---|---|---|
| appId | Application ID, obtainable from the application detail path | Confirm the application that owns the sample conversation |
| chatId | Session ID; a non-empty string makes the system take the session from the database | Confirm the session identifier of the replenishment question conversation |
| dataId | ID of one dialogue under a session | Locate the dialogue that holds the draft sentence under judgment |
| detail | Whether intermediate values are returned; in non-stream mode stored in responseData | Set it when run detail is needed and inspect the return |
| source | source=api returns sessions created through the API | Confirm the scope of the log source |
| loadCustomFeedbacks | Whether custom feedback is read (optional) | Confirm whether conversation feedback records exist |
These are documented fields. This page specifies no default value. The quantity and date in the sample serve only this paper check. A hypothetical starting value needs its own reason and a comparison method; nothing here is presented as an official default.
Three common errors
- Treating a retrieval hit as authorized execution. In the sample, the replenishment request has been submitted and the request record is retrieved; this does not support a finding that approval passed or that an outbound delivery note was generated. Check: input the sample request text, compare the request status field with approval and outbound fields, and observe whether an explicit record of approval or outbound note generation exists.
- Combining sessions with different chatId values. Replenishment questions and after-sales questions may belong to different chatId values. Check: input two chatId values and their dialogue lists, compare each dataId with its business record, and observe whether cross-session combining appears.
- Presuming that unreturned fields were retained. Approval status or outbound information not returned by the interface cannot be presumed fully logged. Check: input a detail=true return, compare the actual fields in responseData with the business fields required, and observe whether a missing field is mistaken for retained evidence.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample replenishment request text and the draft sentence. Compare the request status with the approval and outbound fields. If the material contains no record of approval or outbound note generation, the draft sentence is judged unsupported.
- Input the sample chatId and a second session chatId. Compare each dataId and its corresponding business record. If the two belong to different replenishment requests, they are not combined.
- Input a detail=true return. Compare the actual fields in responseData with the business fields required. If the approval status field does not appear, record it as an evidence gap and do not presume retention.
These are paper-check expectations; no test was actually executed. Retrieval and similarity carry no permission or entity isolation, and fields not stated remain unknown. A pending request is not approval, an offered option is not execution, and an unsigned termination is not a completed termination.
