What the documents look like
Certificate-of-origin work turns on the certificate application, the commercial invoice, the packing list, and production cost material. These documents serve import-country tariff treatment and customs clearance, and they are not necessarily bound by a letter of credit. Data comes from the China International Trade Single Window, chamber-of-commerce systems, enterprise production records, and the customer's clearance requirements, and it updates per shipment. In order fulfillment and after-sales answering, practitioners judge origin rules, fill in the certificate, and send documents for customer clearance.
For conversation logs and audit, the practical question is which certificate application, which invoice, and which packing list one conversation corresponds to, and what authorization state that conversation was produced under. Conversation identity is separated by chatId, and sessions from different entry points under the same application are not counted together. When run details are needed, detail is set according to the official contract and module responses inside responseData are checked. Which fields the log and the interface actually return can only be checked against the actual return; business data that was not returned cannot be assumed to be fully retained. Identity fields in test mode may differ from a formal call, so input, history, and returned content are checked separately. The existence of a log does not by itself mean a compliance audit is complete; reconciliation, retention, and compliance requirements are carried out by the full business solution separately.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
Conversation identity is distinguished by chatId. Sessions that arrive through the page and sessions created through the API are not mixed in one count. When run details are required, detail is set per the official contract, and the module responses in responseData are inspected. The fields that actually appear in the log and in the interface return are the only fields available for checking; business data that does not appear cannot be treated as retained. In test mode the identity fields may differ from a formal call, so the input, the history, and the returned content are verified one by one.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample. Material text supplied for checking: the commercial invoice states invoice number INV-2024-0318, the buyer is overseas importer A, the goods are valve fittings, and the invoice date is 18 March 2024. The packing list states the same invoice number, 40 cartons, and a gross weight of 820 kilograms. The draft certificate-of-origin application states an application date of 19 March 2024, and the origin-rule field is blank. Draft sentence to be judged: this conversation's certificate application has completed the origin-rule determination and has been submitted to the chamber of commerce. The evidence needed for this judgment is the filled result in the origin-rule field and a submission receipt; neither appears in the material, so the draft sentence is unsupported.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below lists, around the sample above, official stated settings or implementation checks relevant to this feature and the primary task. The values are starting points for this hypothetical exercise, with the reason for each and the object it is compared against.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this exercise | Check method and comparison object |
|---|---|---|
| appId | The application ID of the sample application | Compare with body.appId in the request and with appId in the conversation-list return |
| chatId | The conversation ID of the sample conversation | Compare with chatId in the get-records and get-run-details requests |
| dataId | The dialogue ID of the sample dialogue | Compare with dataId in the get-run-details and update-feedback requests |
| detail | Set to true | Compare with whether responseData appears in the response |
| stream | Set to false | Compare with whether the response is a single JSON body |
| loadCustomFeedbacks | Set to true | Compare with the customFeedbacks field in the conversation-list return |
The reason for setting detail to true is that intermediate values and the complete result are needed, and the comparison object is whether responseData appears in the response. The reason for setting stream to false is that field-by-field checking is easier, and the comparison object is the response shape. These are starting points for this hypothetical exercise and do not represent official default values.
Three common errors
- Counting sessions from different entry points together. The input is one page session and one API session; the comparison object is each one's chatId and source value. If the two are merged into one conversation count, the result disagrees with the conversation-list return filtered by source.
- Treating the existence of a log as a completed compliance audit. The input is the sample conversation list and run details; the comparison object is whether the fields required for reconciliation and retention appear in the return. If the audit is declared complete directly, the material does not support it.
- Treating retrieval or a form as an authorized execution. The input is the form-input request in the sample; the comparison object is whether status evidence such as a signature or a submission receipt exists. If filling in the form is treated as already submitted to the chamber of commerce, that conflicts with the missing receipt in the material.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample appId and chatId, call the conversation-list interface, and compare the chatId and updateTime in the returned list. If the chatId appears and the time is readable, the condition is met; if the return is empty, record the gap.
- Input the sample appId, chatId, and dataId, call the run-details interface, and compare moduleType and runningTime in the returned data array. If a corresponding node record appears, the condition is met; if it does not appear, record the gap.
- Input the sample draft sentence and the material text, and compare whether the origin-rule field and the submission receipt exist. If neither appears, the draft sentence is judged unsupported and the condition is met; if a filled result or a receipt appears, then the subject, period, and fields are checked separately. All of the above are paper checks, and no actual test is claimed.
