What the documents look like
For after-sales questions in Omnichannel stock transfers, this page examines FastGPT shared access. Preserve location roles and source time in shared transfer progress without deriving movement or receipt from visible stock. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the shared access step
A proposed collaboration summary states that the request was received and destination receipt awaits review, excluding unrelated warehouse stock and internal allocation notes. Inspect recipient passages and sending or receiving roles through the complete link before restricted-source tests. Entry credentials verify no actual warehouse role; required checks depend on verified commercial capability. Snapshots, transport and reception support different things. Visible aggregates establish no matching definitions across locations, and entry validity supplies no actual movement or receipt for this transfer.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Transfer-progress share | Sources and locations | Actual check |
|---|---|---|
| Public summary | Received request and pending reception | Sending and receiving passages |
| Restricted sources | Other stock and internal allocation | Full answer and denial |
| Device follow-up | Destination behind that location | History and original request |
| Evidence stages | Separate snapshot, transport and receipt | Movement and reception sources |
| Handling action | Sharing changes no stock or reconciliation | Authority and actual receipts |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Login-free window | Copy the complete generated sharing link. |
Expiry and QPM | QPM is the per-user requests-per-minute limit. |
Credit limit | Inspect usage and charging conditions by entry and edition. |
Identity verification | Third-party authentication has commercial-edition restrictions. |
Conversation-history boundary | Anonymous identity depends on the same device and browser. |
Three common errors
- If this summary exposes unrelated stock or allocation comments, retain location identity and full answers. Matching goods authorize no universal warehouse sharing.
- If a phone asks whether the destination received goods without the computer’s location context, inspect history and obtain the question. Anonymous identity cannot automatically guess the receiving side from recent warehouses.
- If snapshots or transport become posted movement and receipt, obtain current event and reception evidence separately. Different source stages cannot supply one another’s completion.
How to verify the setup
Test public requests, restricted stock and unrelated transfers for reads and denials, recording passages, locations and versions. Separate obtained reception material omitted from input from absent receipt evidence. Extended sharing creates no logistics event. Repeat destination-free questions across devices and inspect requests for location and transfer identity. Sharing creates no movement, changes no stock and performs no reconciliation. Actual operations need permission and receipts; unsupported stages remain open rather than an ended conversation establishing synchronized goods and accounting completion.
