What the documents look like
Brand-owned stores are staffed and accounted for directly by the brand, and their operations are not managed through franchise contracts. In this category, the working materials sit in the POS system, the member CRM, ERP inventory, and store inspection records. This page addresses order fulfillment and after-sales question handling, so the relevant document forms are daily sales reports, shift schedules, display photos, and inventory transfer orders. Daily sales reports and shift schedules update on a daily basis, and an inventory transfer order is produced when a transfer request is raised. These materials define the input boundary for workflow routing. After a form input node triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, collects the required information, and passes that information to later nodes once the user submits. A user selection node evaluates the user's choice and executes the corresponding "yes" branch. Whether the materials are complete directly affects whether later nodes receive fields that can be compared.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
Interaction nodes record the workflow state and wait for the user to complete the interaction before execution continues. The collected information must be passed explicitly to later retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes, and the output must be compared against the input item by item. Order writes, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a downstream process. A form itself only collects values; it does not perform business verification, approval, or database writes. Retrieval is a recall process and does not carry authorization judgment. A similarity setting does not exclude unrelated business records or records beyond a user's access. Libraries built on different embedding models cannot be associated together; the identifier must be checked first, non-matching items excluded, and the actual observation recorded. The optional paths shown in an overall document flow diagram do not mean that every request executes all of them. Image retrieval requires a corresponding image input and model capability, and reranking requires a model and must be enabled according to its setting.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: the source material reads, "Store A submitted an inventory transfer order on March 10, 2025. The transferring-out party is Store A, the transferring-in party is Store B, the item is a spring knit sweater in size M, the quantity is 12 pieces, and the status is pending review." The proposed draft sentence reads, "Store A's transfer request has been approved, and Store B will receive 12 knit sweaters on March 11." The source only records submission and a pending-review status. It does not record approval, shipment, or arrival, so the draft sentence exceeds the source.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Value or check method on this page | Relation to the sample |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Collect transfer order number, transferring-out party, transferring-in party, item, and quantity | Carries the subject and object fields in the sample |
| User selection node | Set the "yes" branch and verify the branch connection item by item | Determines whether the sample status moves to the next stage |
| Interaction state check | Confirm that the node enters the interaction state after triggering and records the state | The sample waits for interaction to complete after submission |
| Output handoff check | Pass collected information explicitly to a later retrieval or judgment node | Compare transferring-out party, transferring-in party, and quantity |
| External operation separation | Connect order writes and status synchronization to a separate business interface | Approval and arrival in the sample are not completed inside the form |
| Hypothetical trial starting point | This exercise uses 12 pieces as the quantity check starting point because the source states that quantity; the comparison object is the quantity field in the transfer order source | Used only for this paper check |
Three common errors
- Treating form submission as business approval. The sample status is pending review. The submission action only produces an interaction record. Approval must be completed by a later business interface or a manual process, and a missing record is recorded as a gap.
- Treating a similarity setting as a permission filter. Retrieval does not carry authorization judgment, and similarity does not exclude records beyond access. Access rights and entity identifiers must be checked separately.
- Writing pending review as approved or arrived. Under the same subject, the same period, and the same field, pending review and approved are mutually exclusive values. Approval is not supported when the source does not record it.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample source text and the proposed draft sentence, and compare whether the draft sentence exceeds the source. The expected observation is that "has been approved" and "will receive on March 11" in the draft have no corresponding field in the source, so the judgment is not supported.
- Input the transferring-out party, transferring-in party, and quantity fields from the sample source, and compare whether the later node output matches the source. The expected observation is that the output corresponds item by item to Store A, Store B, and 12 pieces, with the quantity field not rewritten.
- Use an explicit paper input of [] to check the downstream design and observe whether the empty-result handoff matches expectation. The expected observation is that the downstream handles the empty input branch and does not produce a fabricated retrieval result. The actual returned content depends on runtime observation; when it has not been observed, record it as unknown.
