Dealer ordering events: workflow routing for after-sales questions

Review workflow routing for after-sales questions in Dealer ordering events. Check sources, input boundaries, error handling and repeatable test evidence.

What the documents look like

Dealer ordering events serve offline dealer reservations and do not directly manage platform storefronts. The main data sources named in the brief are the ordering event system, historical sales, dealer inventory and financial credit. Everyday documents include the ordering handbook, the ordering contract, the sample list and credit approval. This page addresses only workflow routing inside order fulfillment and after-sales question handling: using interaction nodes to collect required information, branching on a user choice, and passing results to later nodes. The brief gives a quarterly and annual update frequency. That frequency does not change how interaction nodes are arranged, so it is not developed here.

Constraints at the workflow routing step

When the Form Input node is triggered, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and after the user completes the required information and submits, the node passes the collected information to later nodes. When the User Selection node is triggered, the conversation likewise enters an interaction state, and when the user makes a choice the node evaluates that choice and executes the "yes" branch. The recorded interaction state is behavior of the interaction node itself. The documentation does not provide a global state-recording switch. Collected information must be explicitly passed to later retrieval, evaluation or interface nodes. Order writes, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or later process. Retrieval and forms do not constitute authorized execution.

Hypothetical paper exercise sample: a brand channel department receives a paper text of an Ordering Contract at an ordering event. Three sentences read: "Party A is a brand channel department; Party B is an East China regional dealer; the order quantity is subject to the confirmation form after credit approval passes." A draft sentence to be assessed reads: "Party B has completed credit approval and may take delivery immediately." The comparison objects are the contract text and the draft sentence. The draft sentence states that approval is complete, while the contract text only states that quantity is subject to the confirmation form after approval passes, and does not record an approval status. This sample is used for paper comparison only. No actual approval or delivery took place.

Three common errors

  1. Treating form submission as authorized execution. If the draft sentence in the sample reads "may take delivery immediately" while the contract text only states that quantity is subject to the confirmation form, submission completes information collection only and produces no approval or delivery authorization.
  2. Treating the "yes" branch of the User Selection node as already executed. Branch connections require item-by-item verification. The selection action, the order write and external synchronization are distinct facts.
  3. Treating retrieval results as permission filtering. Similarity or recall results do not carry entity isolation or authorization judgment. A missing approval status remains unsupported.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input the three contract sentences and the draft sentence from the sample above. Compare whether "has completed credit approval" and "subject to the confirmation form after approval passes" share the same subject, the same period and the same field. Only a contract text that records approval as complete supports the draft sentence. The present observation is unsupported.
  2. Input the selection action of the User Selection node and check whether the "yes" branch connection points to a later node. The observable result is that the branch is triggered and execution continues. Order writes and external synchronization remain unknown.
  3. Input an explicit paper empty result [] and check whether the downstream handoff design handles the empty value. The observable result is that downstream processes the empty input branch. No claim is made that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns [].

Public technical facts checked for this feature: the Form Input node enters an interaction state when triggered, collects required information, and passes it to later nodes after submission; the User Selection node executes the corresponding "yes" branch after the user makes a choice, with branch connections verified one by one; recorded state is behavior of the interaction node, and no global state-recording switch is set or claimed; collected information is passed explicitly to later retrieval, evaluation or interface nodes, with outputs compared item by item against inputs; order writes, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or later process.

This page addresses only the brand dealer ordering event category, order fulfillment and after-sales question handling, and workflow routing. During operational handover, the authorization status of materials, operations and requests must be kept clear. Retrieval and forms cannot be treated as authorized execution.
