What the documents look like
Retail plastic bag and single-use item reporting centers on disposable plastic product reporting and environmental supervision. The main data sources are the Ministry of Commerce reporting system, POS plastic bag sales, procurement systems and store ledgers. Typical parties are supermarket stores, head-office compliance and administrative procurement. Everyday documents include plastic bag procurement ledgers, sales vouchers, semi-annual reports and self-discipline commitments. The most time-consuming steps are counting usage, checking sales vouchers and reporting recovery information. For order fulfillment and after-sales Q&A, this means conversation logs must carry business follow-up questions about procurement ledgers, sales vouchers and semi-annual reports at the same time. The log itself reflects only conversation and run traces. It does not correspond to a completed regulatory submission or a completed compliance audit. The brief gives data update frequency as half-year and daily; that frequency does not change the log and audit behavior described here, so it is not treated as a trigger for this page.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
Conversation logs rely on three identifiers to locate a session and a conversation: chatId, dataId and appId. When chatId is undefined, the request does not use the context function provided by FastGPT and builds context entirely from the passed messages. When chatId is a non-empty string, the system automatically takes the session from the FastGPT database and uses the last item in the messages array as the user question, while the remaining messages are ignored. The caller must ensure chatId is unique and shorter than 250 characters. responseChatItemId, when passed, becomes the ID of the response message for that conversation and is stored in the database; it must be unique under the current chatId. With detail=true, non-stream mode returns module status and complete results inside responseData, while stream mode distinguishes them through event values such as answer, flowNodeStatus, flowResponses, updateVariables, interactive and error. Audit checking must locate input and return through these fields. Business data that is not returned cannot be presumed to be fully retained. Retrieval and similarity scores do not act as permission or entity isolation. The existence of a log does not equal a completed compliance audit.
Hypothetical drill sample: a supermarket store and head-office compliance conduct a conversation handover about after-sales questions for one batch of plastic bag procurement ledgers. The source text provided for checking reads: "This batch of plastic bag procurement ledger records a purchase quantity of 12,000 units, a purchase date of March 10, 2025, a supplier of a certain packaging factory, and a sales voucher number XS-2025-0310." The draft handover request sentence reads: "Please confirm that the sales vouchers corresponding to this batch of ledgers have all been checked, and authorize the submission of the semi-annual report." This request is in a pending-confirmation state. The source text records no completed check and no submission authorization.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Setting or check relevant to this page | Relation to the sample |
|---|---|---|
| appId | Pass body.appId in the request body when calling chat/completions | Identifies the store application bound to the sample session |
| chatId | Non-empty string, shorter than 250 characters, uniqueness ensured by the caller | Identifies this after-sales Q&A session |
| dataId | Used to obtain a single conversation run detail | Locates the specific conversation about the ledger |
| detail | When set to true, returns intermediate values in responseData | Checks module status and returns for this Q&A |
| responseChatItemId | When passed, stored as the response message ID, unique under the same chatId | Marks the response to this ledger check request |
| loadCustomFeedbacks | Optional read of custom feedback when getting the conversation list | Checks feedback records for the Q&A |
The sample starting point is detail=true and stream=false. The reason for this choice is the need to inspect module status and complete results in responseData, compared with detail=false, which returns only the final answer. This starting point is a hypothetical trial setting for this page and is not an official default value.
Three common errors
- Mixing a request with chatId undefined into an existing session count. The input is a request that does not pass chatId; the comparison object is an existing chatId session under the same appId. The observable result is that the former does not read database context and builds context only from messages, while the latter automatically takes the session and ignores all messages except the last one.
- Treating a detail=false return as a complete run detail. The input is a call with detail=false; the comparison object is the responseData of a detail=true call. The observable result is that the former does not return module status or intermediate results, while the latter contains fields such as moduleName and runningTime.
- Treating a pending handover request as an authorized submission. The input is the draft sentence in the sample; the comparison object is whether the source text records a completed check and submission authorization. The observable result is that the source text records only purchase quantity, date, supplier and sales voucher number, with no completed check or authorization recorded, so the request remains pending verification.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample source text and the draft sentence. Compare whether "have all been checked" and "authorize the submission" in the draft sentence have corresponding facts recorded in the source text. The observable result is that the source text records no completed check and no authorization, so the judgment is unsupported.
- Input a call with detail=true and stream=false. Compare whether the returned responseData contains moduleName and runningTime fields. If present, the intermediate values have been returned; if absent, record that they were not observed.
- Input two requests under the same chatId that pass the same responseChatItemId. Compare whether the two responses point to the same response message ID. The requirement is uniqueness. If duplication occurs, record the actual observed return and do not presume automatic rejection or an error.
This page addresses only retail plastic bag and single-use item reporting, order fulfillment and after-sales Q&A, and conversation logs and audit. Which materials, operations and requests are in what authorization state during an operational handover is a separate question; retrieval or a form cannot be treated as authorization to execute.
