What the documents look like
This category operates around disposable plastic product reporting and environmental supervision. The material sits across the Ministry of Commerce reporting system, point-of-sale plastic bag sales records, procurement systems and store ledgers. The half-year report depends on daily sales vouchers and procurement ledgers being collected entry by entry. Reporting on recovery conditions then requires combining usage statistics with the results of sales voucher checks.
Order fulfilment and after-sales question handling happen at a point where these materials already exist but have not yet completed reporting or handover. The workflow passes along material status and request status. It does not settle the underlying business facts.
A document set for one store might contain a procurement ledger line, a range of sales voucher numbers, and a recovery field that has not been filled in. The workflow receives these as values and routes the request according to what the user selects or submits.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The Form Input node is a user interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state and the workflow state is recorded. After the user fills required information and submits, the node collects the form values and passes them to later nodes.
The User Selection node is also a user interaction node. It enters the interaction state, and when the user makes a choice, the node evaluates that choice and executes the "yes" branch.
Neither node carries business authorization. Forms collect values. Retrieval returns candidate materials. Order writes, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process.
Hypothetical drill sample: A store ledger records "1 July 2024 to 15 July 2024, one store procured 12,000 handled plastic bags, sales voucher number range SP-0701 to SP-0715, recovery condition not yet counted." A draft handover request sentence reads: "The plastic bag usage for the above period has been checked and can be reported directly." In this request, the procurement ledger and sales vouchers share the same period and same subject, but the recovery field is not stated, and the reporting action has no recorded authorization.
The form input node can collect the period, subject and material type as required fields. The recovery field stays empty in the sample. The user selection node can present a branch question about whether sales vouchers have been checked. Selecting "yes" enters the checking branch; selecting "no" keeps the item pending. The output handoff passes form values to a later judgment node, which compares the draft sentence against ledger fields for the same subject and same period.
The interaction state is produced by node behavior. No separate global state recording switch is documented. Reporting and backfill require a separate interface. The sample has no corresponding implementation for the reporting action.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Relevant setting or check on this page | Relation to the sample |
|---|---|---|
| Form Input node | Required fields set to period, subject, material type | Sample period and subject can be filled; recovery field left empty |
| User Selection node | Branch question points to whether sales vouchers have been checked | "Yes" enters checking branch; "No" keeps the item pending |
| Output handoff | Pass form values to a later judgment node | Compare draft sentence with ledger fields for same subject and same period |
| Interaction state check | State recording is produced by node behavior | No separate global state recording switch is set |
| External operation division | Reporting and backfill require a separate interface | The sample reporting action has no corresponding implementation |
| Hypothetical test starting point | This drill uses 12,000 bags as the checking starting point | Compare with the sales voucher aggregate; differences remain to be recorded |
The 12,000-bag figure is a hypothetical starting value chosen because the sample ledger states it as the procurement quantity for the period. It is compared against the sales voucher aggregate for SP-0701 to SP-0715. Any difference is recorded as an open item rather than resolved by the workflow.
Three common errors
- Treating the period and subject values collected by the form as reporting authorization. In the sample, the draft sentence claims the usage has been checked and can be reported directly. The form only collects values. The reporting action requires a separate business interface, and the authorization state is not stated.
- Treating the "yes" branch of the User Selection node as factual confirmation. Selecting "yes" only means the user made that choice. In the sample, the recovery field is not stated, and the selection result cannot replace the ledger field.
- Treating candidate materials returned by retrieval as the result of a permission filter. A relevance score does not perform entity separation. In the sample, whether vouchers SP-0701 to SP-0715 belong to that store requires checking each identifier.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample source text and the draft sentence. Compare "usage has been checked" in the draft sentence with "recovery condition not yet counted" in the ledger. If the recovery field remains empty, the draft sentence is not supported and is recorded as pending verification.
- Select "no" at the User Selection node and observe whether the workflow keeps the pending branch. If selecting "no" still enters the reporting branch, the branch connection does not match the sample request.
- Input a paper record of an empty result handoff, written as [], and observe whether the downstream design keeps a gap record. If the downstream treats the empty result as a completed check, the output handoff does not match the sample state.
These checks describe expected observations. They do not claim that a test was run or that any business action was executed. Missing evidence stays missing. A pending request is not approval. An offered option is not execution.
