What the documents look like
Export tax rebate filing happens after goods leave the country, when tax vouchers are matched. The working records come from the electronic tax bureau, the export rebate filing system, customs electronic messages, and the accounting books. Day-to-day documents include the export tax exemption and rebate filing form, the export customs declaration, purchase invoices, and foreign exchange receipt vouchers. Update cadence is monthly and per batch.
In order fulfillment and after-sales question handling, a single conversation can carry several business clues at once: a filing batch, a customs declaration number, an invoice number, and a foreign exchange receipt status. The conversation log and audit step concerns how those clues are recorded in a session, how a session and a single exchange are located by chatId and dataId, and how run details are retrieved under the official contract. Log retention on its own does not complete a compliance audit; reconciliation and retention requirements belong to a full business solution implemented elsewhere.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
Sessions are located at three levels: appId, chatId, and dataId. When chatId is empty, FastGPT context is not used and the context is built entirely from the passed messages. When chatId is a non-empty string, the session is taken from the database and the last item in the messages array is used as the user question; the remaining messages are ignored. Ensure chatId is unique, with a length under 250. If responseChatItemId is passed, it must be unique under the current chatId. With detail=true, intermediate values are returned; in stream mode they are distinguished by event, and in non-stream mode the result is held in responseData. Similarity and retrieval results do not constitute permission or entity isolation, and retrieval is not authorization. When a workflow reaches an interactive node it returns immediately, and internal run-state fields such as entryNodeIds, memoryEdges, nodeOutputs, and nodeResponseId are not returned.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample. A finance staff member at a foreign trade enterprise submits one session during order fulfillment and after-sales question handling. The material text for checking reads: "Export customs declaration number 2024XXXX, corresponding purchase invoice number FP-001, foreign exchange receipt voucher shows receipt completed in March 2024, filing batch 202403." The proposed handover sentence is: "Please synchronize the rebate filing status of this batch to the after-sales question window." This request carries a subject, an object, a status, and a time range, and it is used to check the session record and the run detail fields. No real customer, company, or valid identity number is used.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below is built around that sample and lists settings or implementation checks that the official documents describe.
| Check item | Hypothetical starting value | Comparison and note |
|---|---|---|
| appId | Sample application ID | Compare with the appId returned by the session list to confirm the same application |
| chatId | Sample session ID | Length under 250; compare with the value returned by getHistories |
| dataId | Sample exchange ID | Compare with the value returned by getPaginationRecords to locate one exchange |
| detail | true | Set when run details are needed; inspect responseData |
| source | api | Retrieve sessions created through the API, kept distinct from page sessions |
| loadCustomFeedbacks | true | Read custom feedback; compare with what the record returns |
These values are starting points for this hypothetical exercise. The reason for choosing them is the need to locate a single exchange and read its run detail, and the object of comparison is the fields actually returned by the interface.
Three common errors
- Mixing the empty-chatId and non-empty-chatId modes. Input a request with an empty chatId and compare whether the session is still taken from the database. If the returned content matches the passed messages, context was not used, and this does not show that the session was retained.
- Treating similarity as a permission filter. Input the sample batch query and compare whether the returned quoteList contains other batches. A score value only expresses degree of similarity; it does not support the inference that unrelated business was excluded.
- Treating an interactive-node return as a submission. Input a request that reaches an interactive node and compare the interactive field in choices[].message.content. The interface returns a display configuration, and this does not mean the form was submitted or the business action was executed.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample chatId and dataId and call getResData. Compare whether the returned nodeId, moduleType, and runningTime correspond to this conversation. When moduleType=chatNode appears with query equal to the sample question, the run detail can be retrieved.
- Input the sample proposed handover sentence and inspect the Human and AI value content in the session record. Compare whether the batch, customs declaration number, and invoice number in the record match the material text. If the record is missing or a field is empty, this is unsupported, and the gap is recorded.
- Input detail=true and stream=false and compare whether responseData contains intermediate values. If responseData is empty or a field does not match the document, record the actual observation without inferring a failure cause. Retrieval checks observe only the returned and failure branches and do not guarantee a first-position hit or an empty result for unrelated queries.
