Peak-sale fulfillment: shared access for after-sales questions

Review shared access for after-sales questions in Peak-sale fulfillment. Check document scope, failure paths and source evidence through controlled tests.

What the documents look like

Peak-sale warehouse and delivery scheduling revolves around short-term peak capacity and the arrangement of people, vehicles, and space. The main data sources are historical peak-sale orders, platform campaign registrations, WMS capacity, and courier pickup capability. Updates may occur per campaign and per day, while exception dailies are summarized daily. Order fulfillment and after-sales question handling need to place the peak-sale forecast table, staffing roster, courier assurance plan, and exception daily under a single shared entry point for operations, warehouse managers, and courier business staff to review. The share link itself only resolves the access entry point. A link identifier does not serve as business authorization, and retrieval results do not replace approval.

A hypothetical drill sample is used throughout this page. The material text is: "Peak-sale forecast table: Week 24 East China warehouse peak order estimate 120,000 orders; staffing roster: 80 temporary workers on site, split into two shifts; courier assurance plan: Courier A commits to a daily pickup ceiling of 30,000 pieces; exception daily: Week 23 overflow warning recorded once." The draft sentence to be assessed is: "East China warehouse capacity for this campaign is sufficient, the share link has identity verification configured, and operations can directly view all records."

Constraints at the shared access step

The no-login window is created from the application details under publishing channels, and the system generates a complete link. The name filled in is used only for record display. Expiration time, QPM, credit ceiling, identity verification, real-time running status, viewing reference snippets, viewing full reference text, and downloading or opening source originals are configurable parameters, and some parameters are supported only in the commercial edition. Identity verification is a POST request root address. Initialization, conversation start, and conversation finish each send a request to the corresponding interface. The server returns success as true before the user may continue, and data.uid is the required unique user credential. Its format excludes specific characters and does not exceed 255 bytes in length.

Conversation records depend on localId and are guaranteed only on the same device and same browser. Switching devices or clearing browser cache loses these records. The system permits pulling records from the last 30 days, up to 20 records.

For this page, the shared entry point must let operations, warehouse, and courier business staff review the four documents. The draft sentence claims that identity verification has been configured and that operations can directly view all records. That claim depends on the actual request record returned by the initialization interface, not on the presence of the link alone.

Configuration and implementation checks

Configuration itemRelevant value or check for this pageRelation to the sample
NameUsed only for record display; name by campaign sessionCorresponds to the Week 24 East China warehouse share entry
Expiration timeSet by usage scope and check the actual editionCovers the usage cycle of the forecast table and roster
QPMMaximum visits per user per minuteControls access frequency for operations and warehouse staff
Credit ceilingCheck the usage limit and cost attribution of the share entryLimits cost generated by exception daily queries
Identity verificationCommercial edition scope; check interface return of success and uidThe draft sentence claims configuration, so the actual request must be checked
View reference snippets and full textDisplay reference scope per documentationAffects viewing of the courier assurance plan original text

For this hypothetical trial, the starting expiration time is set to 7 days after campaign end. The reason is to cover the after-sales question window. The comparison method is to check the campaign end date against the link expiration date. The QPM starting point is set to 10 visits per user per minute. The reason is to accommodate concentrated access during shift handover. The comparison method is to observe whether actual visits exceed this value. These are hypothetical trial starting points for this page, not official default values.

Three common errors

  1. Treating the share link identifier as business authorization. The input is the share link in the sample. Compare the link configuration against the identity verification interface return. Observe whether all records can be viewed by the link alone. A link identifier does not constitute authorization; success and uid must be checked.
  2. Treating a roster or assurance plan pending review as already executed. The input is the staffing roster and courier assurance plan original text. Compare their status fields. Observe whether a confirmed or effective marker appears. When status is not stated or only stage evidence exists, record it as pending verification.
  3. Treating retrieval results as permission filtering. The input is an exception daily query. Compare the returned records against the visitor authorization scope. Observe whether out-of-scope records appear. A relevance score does not carry permission or entity isolation duties.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input the sample material text and the draft sentence "East China warehouse capacity for this campaign is sufficient, the share link has identity verification configured, and operations can directly view all records." Compare the draft sentence against the actual request record of the identity verification configuration. Observe whether the initialization interface returns success as true and whether uid meets the format. If it does not return or uid is missing, the draft sentence is not supported.
  2. Input the hypothetical expiration time starting point from the sample and the campaign end date. Compare their order. Observe whether the link remains usable after campaign end. If the actual configuration cannot be obtained, record it as unknown and do not infer that it has expired or remains valid.
  3. Input the exception daily query from the sample and the visitor authorization scope. Compare the returned records against the authorization boundary. Observe whether records outside the scope appear. An empty result can be checked against a paper input of [] for downstream design, without claiming that retrieval will necessarily return [].

This page addresses only peak-sale warehouse and delivery scheduling, order fulfillment and after-sales question handling, and sharing and embedding. It does not treat retrieval or forms as authorization execution.
