What the documents look like
Peak-sale warehouse and delivery scheduling centers on short-term peak capacity and the arrangement of people, vehicles and space. This differs from routine multi-warehouse inventory synchronization, which follows a balancing logic. The main data sources are historical peak-sale orders, platform campaign registrations, WMS capacity and courier pickup capacity. The daily documents are a peak-sale forecast table, staff scheduling, a courier assurance plan and an exception daily report. These materials serve as handover evidence in order fulfillment and after-sales question handling, and workflow routing must let the form input node and the user selection node carry the verified results of these materials before deciding the next step.
For this page the relevant industry facts are the peak capacity constraint, the split between forecast volume and pickup ceiling, and the handover role of the four documents. The update frequency of each campaign and each day does not change the routing behavior described here, so it is not treated as a configuration factor.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The form input node is a user interaction node. When it is triggered, the conversation enters an interaction state and the workflow state is recorded. After the user fills in the required information and submits, the node collects the submitted form values and passes them to subsequent nodes. The user selection node is also a user interaction node. When it is triggered, the conversation enters an interaction state and the workflow state is recorded. When the user makes a selection, the node evaluates that selection and executes the corresponding branch. Both nodes can be added repeatedly and are trigger-executed.
In a peak-sale setting, if the verification results of the forecast table, scheduling table, courier assurance plan and exception daily report are to be collected through the workflow, the form input node carries that collection, and the collected values are then passed to retrieval, judgment or interface nodes. Order writing, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process. The interaction nodes themselves do not perform those actions. Retrieved content or returned form content does not constitute authorized execution, and operations handover must distinguish which state a material is in.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: a warehouse and delivery project team, in a handover on 1 June 2025, the first day of a peak sale, holds material text reading "the peak-sale forecast table states an expected order volume of 12,000 orders on 1 June; the staff scheduling table states 40 temporary workers reported on that day; the courier assurance plan states courier A has a pickup ceiling of 9,000 orders on that day; the exception daily report states that as of 14:00, 8,000 orders had been dispatched." The draft sentence to be judged is "courier A's pickup capacity on that day can cover the entire forecast order volume." This sample is for paper verification only and does not claim that any test was performed.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below is tied to the sample above and lists documented settings or implementation checks relevant to this feature and the primary task.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this exercise | Verification method |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Collect four fields: forecast order volume, workers reporting, pickup ceiling, dispatched volume | Compare each submitted value against the material text |
| User selection node | Set a branch for "whether to trigger courier coordination" | Compare the selection result against the branch connection |
| Interaction state recording | Entering the interaction state after the node is triggered | Observe whether the dialog is hidden and the state is recorded |
| Output handoff | Pass form values to a subsequent judgment node | Compare each output against its input |
| External action split | Order writing and document backfill connect to a separate interface | Confirm the interaction nodes are not relied on to complete them |
The hypothetical starting point for the form input node is chosen because the sample material contains four distinct fields that a handover would need to compare, and the comparison method is item-by-item against the material text. No value in this table is an official default.
Three common errors
- Treating values collected by the form input node as already-verified business facts. The form only collects what the user fills in; business verification requires a separate process. Check: input the four field values from the sample, compare the submitted values against the material text, and if the submitted values differ from the text while the workflow still advances on the submitted values, the output does not match the input.
- Treating the branch result of a user selection as authorized execution. User selection only evaluates the selection and executes a branch; it does not constitute authorization to operate an external system. Check: input the selection result for "whether to trigger courier coordination" from the sample, compare the branch connection against the selection value, and if the branch execution is treated as courier vehicles already coordinated, the authorization boundary has been crossed.
- Treating retrieved content or returned form content as a basis for permission or entity isolation. A relevance score does not perform permission filtering. Check: input the material text from the sample, compare the returned content against the material scope, and if the workflow excludes unauthorized records on the basis of returned content, that exceeds the node's capability.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample material text "the peak-sale forecast table states an expected order volume of 12,000 orders on 1 June; the staff scheduling table states 40 temporary workers reported on that day; the courier assurance plan states courier A has a pickup ceiling of 9,000 orders on that day; the exception daily report states that as of 14:00, 8,000 orders had been dispatched," and compare the draft sentence "courier A's pickup capacity on that day can cover the entire forecast order volume" against that text. The text states only a pickup ceiling of 9,000 orders and a forecast order volume of 12,000 orders, which are different fields. The draft sentence is not supported and must be recorded as pending verification; it cannot be judged as a negation or a conflict.
- Input the form submission values from the sample and compare them against the four fields in the material text. If the submission values match the text and the output handoff node passes the item-by-item comparison, the condition is met. If a submission value is missing or does not match the text, record the gap and do not advance the subsequent judgment.
- Input the user selection result from the sample and compare the selection value against the branch connection. If the selection is "yes" and the branch connection points to the courier coordination node, the condition is met. If the selection is "yes" but the branch is not connected or is connected to another node, record a branch configuration anomaly. A pending review state does not establish a lack of operating permission; signing, reaching cooperation and contract effectiveness are three distinct facts, and evidence gaps must be preserved.
