Fresh-food concession counters: shared access for after-sales questions

Review shared access for after-sales questions in Fresh-food concession counters. Check input mappings, source evidence and failure handling before use.

What the documents look like

A fresh-food concession counter in a hypermarket is frequently run by a supplier who is on site and paid through a sales-share arrangement. Order fulfilment and after-sales answering therefore involve the store's fresh-food department, the concession supplier and the store manager at the same time. POS systems, supplier delivery notes, food-safety ledgers and store inventory counts record sales, incoming goods, inspection and shrinkage separately, while the daily sales report, shrinkage sheet, concession contract and food incoming inspection record form the routine reconciliation material. When a shared or embedded entry point hands a query route from these materials to counter staff or customers, identity verification and record boundaries decide who may continue operating, and a retrieval result does not itself constitute authorization.

Constraints at the shared access step

The no-login window is created from the publishing channel, and the complete link generated by the system is copied; the link identifier serves only as an access entry and cannot be treated as business authorization. Expiration time, QPM, points cap and identity verification are set according to the scope of use, and identity verification is limited to the commercial edition. Once the identity verification root address is filled in, initialization, conversation start and conversation end send requests to specific interfaces under that address, and the server returns success together with uid, which is used to pull and save conversation records. The anonymous local identifier depends on the same device and the same browser, so cross-device records require separately designed identity and session management.

Hypothetical paper exercise sample, not a real record: a scanned concession contract for a hypermarket fresh-food concession counter states "Supplier A operates the chilled pork counter on site from 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2026, with sales shared at 18%", and a food incoming inspection record states "5 March 2025, batch P250305 chilled pork 120 kg, inspector Li Si, status inspected". A proposed sentence reads "Supplier A's 5 March 2025 batch P250305 chilled pork has completed inspection, and the customer may be answered on after-sales requests for this batch". The request awaiting determination is "Please submit the shrinkage write-off result for this batch to the supplier through the shared link".

Configuration and implementation checks

The table below lists, around the sample above, officially described settings or implementation check items relevant to this feature and the primary task. The values are starting points for this hypothetical exercise, used to compare against the dates, batch and status in the sample material, and do not represent official defaults.

Configuration itemHypothetical exercise starting pointComparison method against the sample
No-login window nameFresh-food concession after-sales entryUsed only for record display; compare with the contract party name to confirm it points to the same counter
Expiration time1 March 2026Compare with the contract period ending 28 February 2026 to confirm the entry does not exceed the contract period
Identity verification root addressHypothetical third-party verification service root addressCheck whether initialization, conversation start and conversation end requests all go to that root address
authToken concatenationauthToken parameter appended to the shared linkCheck whether token in the body equals the concatenated value, and whether the returned uid meets the length and character requirements
Points capHypothetical exercise starting valueCompare with the accumulated totalPoints returned by result reporting to confirm it stays within the set range
Conversation record boundaryMost recent 30 days, 20 recordsCompare with records pulled on the same device and browser; record cross-device scenarios as a separate gap

Three common errors

  1. Treating the shared link identifier as business authorization. The link being reachable does not mean Supplier A has been permitted to answer after-sales requests for this batch externally; the authorization boundary must return to the subject, object and status in the concession contract and inspection record.
  2. Treating a retrieval result as a permission filter. Similarity and recall affect only the ordering of returned content and do not exclude unrelated business or unauthorized records; the success and uid returned by the identity verification interface are the basis for continuing operations.
  3. Treating a pending-review or inspected status as an executable action. In the sample, "inspected" describes only the status of the inspection record; shrinkage write-off, external answering and submission to the supplier all require downstream implementation, and the request awaiting determination cannot be regarded as executed because of the proposed sentence.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input the contract period and inspection record from the sample, and compare whether the expiration time of 1 March 2026 is later than the contract end date of 28 February 2026. If it is later, the entry's effective range exceeds the contract period and needs adjustment; if it is equal to or earlier than that date, this item is satisfied.
  2. Input the proposed sentence "Supplier A's 5 March 2025 batch P250305 chilled pork has completed inspection, and the customer may be answered on after-sales requests for this batch", and compare whether the subject, batch and status in the inspection record match the proposed sentence in the same field with the same value. If the proposed sentence extends "inspected" into "may be answered externally", this item is not supported and requires returning to the contract and authorization material for verification.
  3. Input the request awaiting determination "Please submit the shrinkage write-off result for this batch to the supplier through the shared link", and compare the action required by the request with the configured fields. If the configuration contains only an identity verification root address and authToken, with no shrinkage write-off or supplier submission interface, this item remains to be verified and requires a separate system implementation; the shared link cannot replace the submission action.

This page addresses only the hypermarket fresh-food concession counter, order fulfilment and after-sales answering, and sharing and embedding. During operational handover, which materials, operations and requests sit in which authorization state must be clear, and retrieval or a form must not be treated as authorized execution.
