Product listing reviews: HTTP integrations for after-sales questions

Review HTTP integrations for after-sales questions in Product listing reviews. Check input mappings, source evidence and failure handling before use.

What the documents look like

Title and detail compliance work handles advertising truthfulness and qualification display. It does not handle parcel delivery. The working materials come from the platform rule center, advertising-law compliance checklists, brand asset libraries, and inspection-agency reports. Day-to-day documents include the product title table, detail-page assets, the prohibited-words list, and inspection reports. In order fulfillment and after-sales question handling, the claims, qualification numbers, and test conclusions shown in titles and detail pages must be aligned with what order notes and after-sales tickets actually state. Material updates follow a weekly cadence and a per-new-listing cadence. This page does not derive batch synchronization or real-time trigger mechanisms from that cadence.

The HTTP module sends a request to the corresponding address, in practice similar to tools such as Postman and ApiFox. Params are path request parameters and are used mostly with GET requests. Body is the request body and is used mostly with POST/PUT requests. Headers carry special information. All three can reference variables through {{}}, and the URL can also reference variables through {{}}. Variables come from global variables, system variables, and upstream node outputs. System variables include appId, chatId, responseChatItemId, variables, cTime, and histories. The chatId and responseChatItemId values do not exist in test mode. Return-value configuration describes how to parse the interface response, extracting values through JSON path syntax; when the output type is set to string, the value of the corresponding key is converted to a JSON string. The chat interface uses APIKey authentication; when calling chat/completions, passing body.appId in the request body is recommended, and Authorization: Bearer <apiKey>-<appId> is also supported. Passed fields such as model and temperature have no effect, since the orchestration determines them.

Constraints at the HTTP integrations step

A hypothetical paper exercise sample is used here. A product operations specialist submits material for checking. The source text reads: "This product was tested by a certain inspection agency, report number JC-2024-0317, test item is fabric composition, conclusion is 100% polyester, report date March 20, 2024, valid until March 19, 2025." The proposed copy sentence reads: "This product is 100% polyester, tested and certified by an authoritative agency." The pending request is to compare the composition conclusion in the proposed sentence against the report source text and confirm whether it can be used directly on the detail page. The authorization boundary is that this material is used only for title and detail compliance checking. It does not constitute recognition of the inspection agency's qualifications, and it does not mean the platform has approved the claim.

Several constraints follow. Variable references must be checked item by item against actual incoming values, because the report number in a request body has to match the number in the source material. Return-value parsing extracts a specific field; an empty parse result is recorded as pending verification rather than treated as proof that the external interface holds no data. A chatId that is empty in test mode is a documented condition, not a business fault. Retrieval and similarity do not perform permission or entity isolation, so a relevance score cannot be read as excluding unrelated businesses or unauthorized records. Retrieval is not authorization. A form collects values; business verification, approval, database writes, and external synchronization require their stated downstream implementation.

Configuration and implementation checks

Configuration itemHypothetical starting point for this exerciseHow to check
Request addressExternal inspection-report query interface addressSelect the address and method per the external interface documentation; the address may reference a supplied variable
Request headersAuthorization value is Bearer {{token}}Inject the credential through secure configuration; keep it out of public samples
Request bodyJSON containing report number and test item fieldsUse only under the corresponding request type; check the JSON structure against the external interface contract
Variable referenceReference the report number from an upstream node outputCheck the actual incoming value against the source material
Return-value parsingExtract the conclusion field, output type set to stringConfigure per JSON path syntax; check the extracted result against the source text

The starting points above are hypothetical exercise starting points. The reason for choosing them is the need to cover three field types: report number, test item, and conclusion. The comparison object is the corresponding field value in the source material. Internal database implementation is not copied in as a mandatory item for every page.

Three common errors

  1. Treating retrieval or form submission as authorized execution. Input: the proposed copy sentence pending judgment. Comparison: the authorization scope stated in the source material. Observable result: whether the proposed sentence goes beyond the boundary of "used only for title and detail compliance checking." If it does, record it as pending verification and do not treat the platform as having approved the claim.
  2. Treating an unstated qualification level as confirmed. Input: the phrase "authoritative agency" in the proposed sentence. Comparison: the source text, which contains only the agency name and report number. Observable result: the source text does not state a qualification level. Missing evidence remains missing.
  3. Treating an empty chatId in test mode as a business fault. Input: a request sent in test mode. Comparison: the documented statement that chatId does not exist in test mode. Observable result: the field being empty is a documented condition; do not infer an external system failure from it.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input: the report source text and proposed sentence from the hypothetical sample. Comparison: the source conclusion "100% polyester" against "100% polyester" in the proposed sentence. Observable result: the composition conclusions match. Then compare the phrase "tested and certified by an authoritative agency" against the source text, which does not state certification. Observable result: that wording is not supported by the source text and is recorded as pending verification.
  2. Input: an HTTP request configuration that references the report number. Comparison: the report number field value in the request body against JC-2024-0317 in the source material. Observable result: the two match. If they do not match, record an input discrepancy and do not infer the external system's returned result.
  3. Input: a return-value parsing configuration. Comparison: the extracted conclusion field against the conclusion field in the source text. Observable result: the string output matches the source text. If the parse result is empty, record it as pending checking and do not conclude that the external interface holds no data. Retrieval and similarity do not handle permission or entity isolation; missing evidence remains missing.
