Multi-store management: shared access for after-sales questions

Review shared access for after-sales questions in Multi-store management. Check document scope, failure paths and source evidence through controlled tests.

What the documents look like

Multi-store matrix management serves brand e-commerce leads, channel operations staff, and dealer e-commerce teams. The working materials are store authorization lists, price control tables, cross-territory complaint forms, and monthly sales reports. Compared with single-store advertising, this category pays closer attention to cross-store authorization and price order. In the order fulfilment and after-sales question stage, sharing and embedding must connect the subject, authorized scope, and validity period recorded in the store authorization list with the configuration state of a specific sharing entry point. The authorization list records a channel relationship. A share link identifier only locates an entry point. These are different facts and cannot substitute for each other. Monthly sales reports and cross-territory complaint forms supply period and object clues for checking whether a sharing action falls inside a registered scope.

Constraints at the shared access step

The no-login window is created from application details, publishing channels, and the generated full link is copied. The link identifier does not act as business authorization. Expiration time and QPM are set for the usage scope and checked against the actual edition; QPM means the maximum number of visits per user per minute. The points cap is checked against the usage limit of the sharing entry point and the cost ownership, and some parameters are restricted by edition. Identity verification is restricted to the commercial edition scope and is judged by the official interface return of success status and uid. The anonymous local identifier depends on the same device and the same browser; cross-device records require separate identity and session management design. Retrieval or forms only collect and return values; business authorization, approval, database writes, and external synchronization each need their own downstream implementation.

Hypothetical drill sample: A brand e-commerce lead holds a store authorization list whose original text reads "Authorized party: East China dealer A; Authorized store: Platform A flagship store; Authorization period: 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025; Authorized matter: order fulfilment and after-sales questions." A price control table for the same period records "Platform A flagship store, March 2025, minimum transaction price not below 199 yuan." A handover request awaiting determination reads: "Please open a share link for dealer A for after-sales questions in April 2025, reusing the existing entry point of the Platform A flagship store." The request does not state the expiration time, QPM, or points cap values in the link configuration, and does not state whether identity verification is enabled. The authorization list covers the subject, store, and period. The month in the request falls inside the authorization period, but the specific configuration fields of the sharing entry point are missing from the materials and remain to be verified.

Configuration and implementation checks

Configuration centers on the sample above and lists only officially described settings or implementation check items. The values are starting points for this hypothetical exercise, to be compared with the authorization list period and the price control table month, and are not official defaults.

Configuration itemHypothetical starting value for this exerciseBasis and comparison method
NameDealer A after-sales questionsUsed only for record display; compare word by word with the subject name in the authorization list
Expiration time31 December 2025Compare with the authorization period end date; any excess requires reconfirmation
QPMNot stated in the materialsRecord as a gap; do not presume a value
Points capNot stated in the materialsRecord as a gap; cost ownership is checked against the team that owns the application
Identity verificationNot stated in the materialsRestricted by commercial edition scope; judged by interface return of success and uid
Share link authTokenTo be appendedAppend the authToken parameter after the original link; the interface body carries token

After the identity verification root address is filled in, initialization, conversation start, and conversation end send requests to the corresponding interfaces. The uid is a string that does not contain certain characters and does not exceed 255 bytes in length; otherwise the Invalid UID error is returned. The conversation result reporting interface has no specified return value; totalPoints and token are the focus. These fields are reporting content and do not constitute verification of the authorization list.

Three common errors

  1. Treating the share link identifier as a store authorization credential. The input is the link identifier and the authorization list; the comparison object is the entry point recorded by the identifier and the authorized store recorded in the list; the observable result is whether the two names point to the same store. The identifier itself produces no authorization effect.
  2. Treating a retrieval return or form entry as authorization already in effect. The input is the retrieval result or form value and the authorization list; the comparison object is the subject, store, and period in the list; the observable result is whether the request month falls inside the authorization period. Falling inside the period still requires checking the sharing entry point configuration fields.
  3. Treating a pending review or an unstated field as confirmed. The input is the handover request and the configuration materials; the comparison object is the expiration time, QPM, points cap, and identity verification status missing from the request; the observable result is whether these fields appear in the materials. If they do not appear, record them as gaps.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input the authorization list original text and the handover request from the hypothetical sample. Compare whether the authorized party, store, and month in the request match the list. The observable result is that the month falls inside the authorization period and the subject and store match word by word; the expiration time, QPM, points cap, and identity verification status of the sharing entry point remain unstated and are recorded as to be verified.
  2. Input the original share link and the full link with authToken appended. Compare whether the token in the interface body equals the appended value. The observable result is that the initialization interface returns success as true and the data.uid format meets the requirement; when success is not true, handle according to the message prompt and do not presume a specific failure cause.
  3. Input the responseData of the conversation result report. Compare whether the totalPoints and token fields are present. The observable result is that the reporting interface has no specified return value and the fields are recorded as reporting content; this report does not change the authorization list status and does not mean an approval or synchronization action has been completed.
