Marketplace category access: workflow routing for after-sales questions

Review workflow routing for after-sales questions in Marketplace category access. Check input mappings, source evidence and failure handling before use.

What the documents look like

Marketplace category access happens before a listing is published or a store is onboarded. The core materials are entity qualifications and the authorization chain. The documents handled day to day include the business license, trademark registration certificate, brand authorization chain, and industry license. These materials carry three kinds of fields: subject, object, and validity scope. Checking requires the same subject, the same period, and the same field. Material updates occur irregularly and at each onboarding; this page does not derive batch synchronization or real-time triggers from that pattern.

In order fulfillment and after-sales question handling, workflow routing has a defined job: collect the inputs needed for qualification review, pass the draft sentence or handover request that still needs a decision to downstream nodes, and make clear which actions are existing node behavior and which require a separate business interface. Retrieval results and form collection do not constitute authorized execution.

Constraints at the workflow routing step

After the Form Input node triggers, the conversation enters an interactive state, collects the required information, and passes that information to downstream nodes after submission. The User Selection node executes the corresponding "yes" branch after the user makes a choice. Both nodes are user interaction nodes, record workflow state, and continue downstream execution after the user completes interaction. Interactive waiting, state recording, and dialog hiding follow the documented explanation; no global state-recording switch is added, and no submission count, automatic judgment, or snapshot guarantee is fabricated.

Hypothetical paper exercise sample. Material text for review: a business license states the subject as "Jia Trading Co., Ltd.," with business scope including "daily general merchandise sales," and registration status "active." A trademark registration certificate states the registrant as "Jia Trading Co., Ltd.," with approved goods in Class 21 "domestic glassware," and exclusive right period from March 1, 2021 to February 28, 2031. Draft sentence to be assessed: "Jia Trading Co., Ltd. holds Class 21 trademark exclusive rights and may submit a category onboarding application on that basis." The fields needed for assessment are subject name, approved goods class, and exclusive right period. The material does not state a platform onboarding authorization letter, and does not state brand-side channel authorization; those two items remain unsupported.

Order writes, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or downstream process. The same-vector-model requirement for a retrieval library applies only inside that retrieval library and does not extend to requiring the same model for an industrial and commercial website or other external system. Semantic recall and relevance scores do not handle permission or entity isolation, and retrieval does not constitute authorization.

Configuration and implementation checks

The table below centers on the sample above and lists only settings or implementation checks that the official documents describe. The values are hypothetical starting points for this exercise, with the comparison object noted.

Configuration itemHypothetical starting point for this exerciseReason and comparison method
Form Input required fieldsSubject name, approved goods class, exclusive right periodThese three correspond to the fields needed for the sample assessment; compare item by item against the material text
Form Input output handoffPass to the downstream judgment nodeCheck whether output fields match downstream input fields item by item
User Selection branchesSet two branches: "materials complete" and "materials pending"Verify each branch connection and confirm the "yes" branch points to the corresponding flow
Interactive state checkEnters interactive state after triggeringCompare against the documented interaction node behavior; add no state switch
Retrieval scope checkLimited to the target retrieval scope with access rightsCheck identifiers and exclude joint association across libraries with different vector models
External operation divisionOrder writes, document backfill, external sync connect to separate interfacesConfirm item by item whether a downstream implementation exists; record absent ones as gaps

Three common errors

  1. Treating form collection as authorized execution. Input: the sample draft sentence and the material text. Incorrect action: because the form was submitted, conclude that Jia Trading Co., Ltd. has obtained platform onboarding authorization. Observable result: the material text does not state an onboarding authorization letter, so the conclusion lacks support.
  2. Treating a retrieval hit as entity isolation. Input: a retrieval returns a record containing a Class 21 trademark. Incorrect action: conclude that all returned records belong to Jia Trading Co., Ltd. Observable result: the relevance score does not perform subject or permission filtering, and the subject identifier must be checked separately.
  3. Treating a pending-review status as missing operating permission. Input: a license record shows "pending review." Incorrect action: conclude that the subject lacks qualification to operate in that category. Observable result: pending review does not demonstrate missing permission; record it as pending verification.

How to verify the setup

  1. Form field check. Input: the sample material text and the Form Input required fields. Comparison: whether subject name, approved goods class, and exclusive right period match the original text. Satisfied condition: all three can be matched word for word in the original text, and the unstated onboarding authorization letter remains recorded as a gap.
  2. Branch connection check. Input: the two User Selection branch settings. Comparison: whether the downstream node connected to each branch corresponds to that branch's meaning. Satisfied condition: each branch traces to a clear downstream node, and the "yes" branch points to the corresponding flow.
  3. Empty-result handoff check. Input: a paper input of an empty result. Comparison: the designed output of the downstream node when it receives an empty result. Satisfied condition: the downstream design can accept the empty result and record the gap, without claiming that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns empty.

The above is paper review only; no deployment, approval, or external synchronization was actually executed. Retrieval checks record observations and failure branches only, and do not guarantee a first hit, full recall, or that an unrelated query must be empty.
