What the documents look like
Group-buy leader operations coordinate community pick-up nodes and commission settlement. The working materials are leader agreements, commission tables, pick-up lists and community announcements. The data sources are the group-buy backend, leader community groups, order details and after-sales records. Updates occur daily and per group; pick-up and after-sales records change within the same day's group session. Leader operations do not perform cold-chain quality inspection directly. Order fulfillment and after-sales question handling depend on the correspondence between backend order status, the pick-up list and the after-sales record. Materials sit on two sides, the backend and the community groups, so a workflow has to collect key fields before any judgment step.
Two interaction nodes are relevant. The form input node enters an interaction state when triggered, records the workflow state, and passes the information the user submits to later nodes. The user selection node also enters an interaction state; when the user makes a choice, the node evaluates that choice and executes the corresponding "yes" branch. Both are user interaction nodes, both can be added repeatedly and both trigger execution.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The interaction nodes collect values and route branches. Order writes, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process. Retrieval and forms do not constitute authorization. Whether a leader agreement is in effect, whether commission can be settled and whether an after-sales refund is permitted all depend on the source text of the materials and the authorization boundary.
Assumed paper exercise sample. The source text of a leader agreement between a group-buy platform and a leader reads: "This agreement takes effect on the date both parties sign it, is valid from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, and commission is settled monthly." The source text of a pick-up list for the same period reads: "Group session of March 5, 2025, pick-up list number T-0305, 42 items in total, of which 3 are pending replenishment." The source text of an after-sales record reads: "March 6, 2025, order A-118, status pending review." A draft sentence to be assessed reads: "The leader agreement is in effect, the 3 pending-replenishment items have been replenished, and the refund for order A-118 has been approved." This draft sentence mixes in facts the materials do not support.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Assumed starting point for this exercise | Reason for the choice and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Collect leader ID, group session date, order number, after-sales ticket number | Compare field by field against the pick-up list and after-sales record; record a gap where a field is absent |
| User selection node branch | Connect the "yes" branch to two paths, fulfillment check and after-sales check | Verify each branch connection and confirm the choice result maps to the following node |
| Interaction state check | After triggering an interaction node, check whether the conversation enters the interaction state | Use the documented recording of workflow state as the observation point; add no global switch |
| Output handover check | Pass the fields collected by the form into the following judgment node | Compare output against input item by item; confirm no field is lost or misplaced |
| External operation split | Mark order writes, document backfill and external synchronization as requiring a separate interface | Check whether a corresponding interface node exists in the workflow; record it as pending implementation if absent |
| Empty-result handover | Use the paper input [] to check the downstream design | Observe whether downstream handles the empty-result branch; make no claim that an invented rule must return [] |
Three common errors
- Treating form submission as completed authorization. In the sample, the leader agreement text states only signing, effectiveness and validity period. It does not state that commission has been settled or that replenishment has been carried out, yet the draft sentence says replenishment is complete and the refund is approved. The error is equating collected fields with business facts.
- Treating the branch result of user selection as an order status change. The user selection node only evaluates the choice and executes the "yes" branch; it does not write to the order or synchronize external status. In the sample the after-sales record status is pending review. Pending review does not demonstrate a lack of operating permission and does not equal an approved refund.
- Treating retrieval or similarity as permission or entity isolation. Relevance does not exclude unrelated business or unauthorized records, and retrieval does not constitute authorization. In the sample the draft sentence joins facts across subjects and statuses, which is unsupported content beyond mutually exclusive values in a single field.
How to verify the setup
- Input the leader agreement text, the pick-up list text and the after-sales record text from the sample, and compare them against the draft sentence "The leader agreement is in effect, the 3 pending-replenishment items have been replenished, and the refund for order A-118 has been approved." Expected observation: the agreement being in effect is supported; replenishment and refund approval are not supported; the output should mark them as pending verification and preserve the evidence gap. If the output directly determines that replenishment is complete, the condition is not met.
- Input the pick-up list text "42 items in total, of which 3 are pending replenishment" and the after-sales record text "status pending review" from the sample, and compare whether the workflow passes the pending-replenishment quantity and the after-sales status separately to downstream. Expected observation: the pending-replenishment quantity and the pending-review status each appear independently and are not merged into a completed state. If a "replenished" or "refunded" field appears downstream, the condition is not met.
- Input the paper empty result [] and compare whether downstream handles the empty-result branch. Expected observation: downstream records the empty result and preserves the gap, and makes no claim that an invented rule necessarily returns []. If downstream interprets the empty result as no after-sales case or no pending replenishment, the condition is not met.
The above is a paper check only. No test was executed, and no deployment, approval, refund or synchronization took place. The values in the configuration table are starting points for this exercise, not official default values.
