Group-buy presale orders: citation tracing for after-sales questions

Review citation tracing for after-sales questions in Group-buy presale orders. Check input mappings, source evidence and failure handling before use.

What the documents look like

Presale group buying collects orders before purchasing and fulfillment are organized. The operating path differs from leader-relationship maintenance. Daily reconciliation materials include order records, supplier stock, leader feedback, and warehouse-and-route scheduling. When these materials disagree, the outcome can be stockout refunds, fulfillment delays, and leader complaints.

The documents this page works with are the presale product table, the group-buy result, the purchasing plan, and the cut-off notice. The presale product table carries the product identity, the planned presale quantity, and the cut-off time. The group-buy result records the actual quantity that formed a group. The purchasing plan states what is to be purchased after cut-off. The cut-off notice states when ordering closes and that purchasing follows cut-off.

The task is order fulfillment and after-sales question answering, narrowed to citation source and traceability: where a cited passage comes from, which material it points to, and within what version scope it remains valid. A retrieved passage is a passage recalled from the selected knowledge base. It does not confirm an order, approve a refund, or grant any party authority to act. The freshness of these materials is understood from the brief as daily and per session; this page does not derive batch synchronization, full synchronization, real-time updates, or transaction-triggered mechanisms from that.

Constraints at the citation tracing step

The knowledge base search node can associate one or more knowledge bases that share the same vector model. Its output is an array of citations, and the length may be zero. When the array is empty, that output path still runs through. Retrieval is not authorization: a recalled passage only shows that the fragment was retrieved inside the selected bases. It does not show that an order was confirmed, that a refund was approved, or that a subject may perform an operation. The minimum relevance value is a filter threshold and does not perform permission or entity isolation. Hybrid retrieval merges multiple result paths through RRF. Rerank and image retrieval require the corresponding model and must be enabled under their settings; they are optional paths.

Hypothetical drill sample. Material one, a supplier presale product table, states: "White radish, presale 300 units, cut-off 8 March 20:00, subject to the platform group-buy result." Material two, the group-buy result for the same day, states: "White radish, actual group formed 268 units." Material three, the cut-off notice, states: "Cut-off 8 March 20:00; purchasing begins after cut-off." Draft sentence to be judged: "This session's white radish was purchased at 300 units, and the shortfall has been refunded." The subject, object, and period in this sentence can be compared against the materials. The purchased quantity and the refund status are not stated in the materials.

Configuration and implementation checks

Configuration itemHypothetical starting point for this drillObject of comparison and reason
Associated knowledge basesSelect the presale product table, group-buy result, and cut-off notice basesFirst check whether the vector model identifiers match; exclude those that differ and do not run a cross-model retrieval comparison
Search modeHybrid retrievalIdentifier and product-name queries rely on full-text hits; natural-language questions rely on semantic recall
Citation limitSet a starting value in tokens for this drillCompare against the length of a single material and observe whether citations are truncated
Minimum relevanceSet a starting value for this drillTakes effect only under semantic retrieval or result reranking; compare against each recalled passage
Result rerankingEnable when a model is availableCompare against the candidate order without reranking and confirm the score range
Question optimizationEnable for multi-turn follow-upsCompare the retrieval terms before and after completion and observe whether references are resolved

The starting values come from this hypothetical drill setting and are not official defaults.

Three common errors

  1. Treating a retrieval hit as business authorization. The input is a cited fragment reading "white radish, group formed 268 units." The object of comparison is the draft sentence's "purchased at 300 units." The observable result is that the quantity fields disagree, while the purchasing and refund statuses are absent from the materials and can only be recorded as pending verification.
  2. Treating minimum relevance as a permission filter. The input is a refund question in after-sales answering. The object of comparison is the recalled passage and the asking subject. The observable result is that the recalled fragment contains no subject authorization information, and this threshold produces no entity isolation effect.
  3. Treating an empty citation array as a workflow error. The input is a paper-level empty array []. The object of comparison is the downstream answering node's design for receiving it. The observable result is that the output path still runs through, and whether the downstream handles it as no citation must be checked separately.

How to verify the setup

  1. Use hypothetical material one and the draft sentence to check quantity. The input is "presale 300 units" and "actual group formed 268 units." Compare the group-formed field for the same object and the same period. The condition is met when the draft sentence no longer asserts purchase completion at 300 units; if the materials do not state a purchased quantity, record an evidence gap.
  2. Use material three to check cut-off status. The input is "cut-off 8 March 20:00; purchasing begins after cut-off." Compare whether the draft sentence turns the cut-off notice into completed purchasing. The condition is met when the purchasing status remains unsupported; if a purchasing plan material appears, check it separately.
  3. Use the empty array to check downstream handling. The input is an explicit paper-level []. Compare whether the answering node still executes and outputs a no-citation statement. The condition is met when the path runs through and no source is generated; do not claim that a fictional retrieval necessarily returns an empty array.
