What the documents look like
Rebate calculation happens after sales close. The work turns on policy interpretation and financial treatment rather than on stock movement. The primary materials come from ERP sales records, dealer remittances, contract ledgers, and the finance system. Day-to-day documents include rebate policies, volume achievement tables, reconciliation statements, and red-letter invoices. Monthly and quarterly update cycles are typical.
These characteristics shape what this page covers. The scope here is the conversation logs and audit step within order fulfillment and after-sales question handling. Five things need to be checked: conversation identity, run detail, field meaning, the distinction between debugging and formal calls, and the division of labor for business audit. No business function is constructed beyond what the supplied documents support.
Conversation identity is checked against chatId so that the target conversation and the business record line up. Sessions from different entry points are not pooled together. When run detail is needed, detail is set according to the official contract, and the module status and complete results inside responseData are inspected. Fields actually returned by the log and the interface are compared item by item. Business data that was not returned is not assumed to be fully retained. Identity fields in a test mode may differ from a formal call, so input, history, and returned content are checked separately. Reconciliation, retention, and compliance requirements belong to a complete business plan handled elsewhere. The existence of a log does not mean a compliance audit is finished. Retrieval and similarity do not carry permission or entity isolation duties.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
A hypothetical drill sample follows. Material text: a brand finance ledger states that Dealer A's March 2025 volume achievement table records a return amount of RMB 120,000, and the reconciliation statement for the same period confirms remittance of RMB 800,000; the red-letter invoice application form has a status of "pending review." A draft sentence awaiting judgment reads: "Dealer A's March rebate has been calculated and completed under the achievement basis." On the available material, the return amount and remittance are stated, the red-letter invoice remains pending review, and whether the rebate calculation is complete is not supported.
The same subject, the same period, and the same field must be held throughout. Where a value is not stated, or where only a related-stage evidence exists, the result is recorded as unsupported or pending verification. Missing evidence stays missing. No authorization or effective clause is supplied to force a definite answer.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below centers on the sample above and lists only officially documented settings or implementation checks tied to this function and the primary task. The values are hypothetical starting points for this exercise, used for comparison against the material values, and are not official defaults.
| Check item | Hypothetical starting point for this exercise | Comparison method and reason |
|---|---|---|
| Conversation identity | chatId set to the sample conversation identifier | Compare item by item against Dealer A's ledger in the business record to confirm no sessions from other entry points are pooled |
| Run detail | detail set to true | Inspect whether responseData contains module status and complete results, and confirm whether the needed fields are returned |
| Field meaning | Check the actual responseData fields | Compare item by item against the return amount, remittance, and invoice status in the material text; record unreturned items as unknown |
| Debugging versus formal call | Record the identity fields of the two requests separately | Compare input, history, and returned content to confirm the difference between the test call and the formal call |
| Business audit division | Mark reconciliation, retention, and compliance as handled under a separate plan | Record this separately from the fact that a log exists; do not treat the log as a completed compliance audit |
| Empty-result handling | Paper input [] | Check how the downstream design carries an empty result; do not infer that a fictional rule must return [] |
Three common errors
- Treating retrieval or similarity as permission or entity isolation. Input an unrelated query, compare the business ownership of the returned records, and observe whether records from other dealers or unauthorized records appear. A similarity setting by itself does not exclude those records.
- Treating a pending invoice application as a completed offset. Input the red-letter invoice application form with status "pending review," compare against the conclusion that rebate calculation is complete, and observe whether that conclusion is supported by the material. Pending review does not constitute completion.
- Using the identity field of a test mode directly in a formal call. Input the identity fields of the two requests, compare input, history, and returned content, and observe whether a difference exists. Where a difference exists, record each separately and do not assume they match.
How to verify the setup
- Input: the sample material text and the draft sentence "Dealer A's March rebate has been calculated and completed under the achievement basis." Compare: the return amount, remittance, and invoice status stated in the material. Observable result: the completion stated in the draft sentence is not supported, the red-letter invoice remains pending review, and the item is recorded as pending verification.
- Input: the chatId and Dealer A's business record. Compare: whether the conversation corresponds to the same dealer, the same period, and the same field. Observable result: when the conversation and the record correspond one to one, the condition is met; when records from another entry point or another dealer appear, the condition is not met, and the actual observation is recorded.
- Input: a request with detail set to true and the returned responseData. Compare: whether the needed fields are actually returned. Observable result: when fields are returned, they are checked item by item; when they are not returned, the item is recorded as unknown, with no assumption of full retention and no assertion of a system error or an automatic business action.
These judgments keep the same subject, the same period, and the same field. Where a value is not stated, or where only related-stage evidence exists, the result is recorded as unsupported or pending verification. Missing evidence stays missing, and no authorization or effective clause is fabricated.
