What the documents look like
For after-sales questions in Overseas stock replenishment, this page examines FastGPT HTTP integrations. Overseas arrival inquiries check the current inbound subject. Returned appointments and last-mile delivery cannot replace actual warehouse receipt. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the HTTP integrations step
A proposed customer asks whether replenishment entered the warehouse. Prior output combines an overseas-warehouse name and last-mile record without current goods correspondence. Inspect how the real contract scopes warehouses and logistics events instead of matching product names. A returned appointment confirms an arrangement, not receiving. Last-mile delivery for earlier outbound goods cannot support this inbound event, and usable stock needs its own evidence.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Overseas arrival reading | Proposed event relationship | Distinction |
|---|---|---|
| Customer question | Current inbound replenishment | Separate earlier outbound |
| Last-mile record | Possibly another event | Direction and passage |
| Appointment confirmation | Arrangement stage | Not warehouse receipt |
| Warehouse name | Not goods identity | Actual correspondence |
| Empty response | Inspect access and scope | Not alleged lost goods |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Request address and method | The request address and method follow the external contract. |
Params and Headers | Inspect parameters, headers and authentication separately. |
| Body | Where a JSON body is used, validate its structure against the external contract. |
Variable references | Variables can come from global, system or upstream outputs. |
Debug identity fields | Test mode lacks chatId and responseChatItemId. |
Three common errors
Mixed logistics direction needs original-event and actual-transmission checks. Appointment promoted to receipt needs current receiving evidence. Shared warehouse names substituted for goods identity require correspondence and return-coverage checks. These inspect direction, stage and identity rather than location names alone.
How to verify the setup
Retain the question, real request and response. Add current inbound correspondence and inspect whether another event still returns. Empty reading requires scope, authority and completeness checks before alleging lost goods. Purchasing, transport, stock writes and anomaly handling need separate business receipts. Missing conversation-system values in tests do not establish goods status, and HTTP reading does not synchronize warehouses automatically.
