What the documents look like
Cross-border return refurbishment and resale handles reverse logistics and item condition. This differs from overseas-warehouse inbound replenishment, which concerns forward stock. The records here come from an overseas warehouse WMS, a TikTok return center, Amazon return reports, and item inspection photographs. The daily documents are return inspection sheets, refurbishment records, scrap sheets, and relisting lists. Workflow routing has to connect these materials into steps that can be checked against one another. The return inspection sheet records item condition and the return-grade judgment; the refurbishment record carries the packaging arrangement; the scrap sheet and the relisting list correspond to the two disposition destinations. In the after-sales question stage, necessary information is collected from the user before a downstream branch is chosen. Material updates are described as daily or per batch. This page does not derive batch synchronization, real-time triggering, or full synchronization from that frequency.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
When the Form Input node is triggered, the conversation enters an interactive state and the workflow state is recorded. After the user completes the required information and submits, the node collects the submitted form information and passes it to later nodes. The User Selection node also enters an interactive state, and when the user makes a selection, the node evaluates that selection and executes the corresponding "yes" branch. Interactive waiting, state recording, and hiding of the dialog box are documented behaviors of these interactive nodes. No separate global state-recording switch is documented, and there is no documented statement about submission counts, automatic judgment, or snapshot guarantees. Collected information needs to be passed explicitly to later retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes, with output compared item by item against input. Order writing, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process. Retrieval and form collection do not by themselves constitute authorized execution.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: a return inspection sheet reads "Subject: an overseas warehouse inspection team; Object: 12 Bluetooth earphones in batch A; Status: outer packaging damaged, function pending inspection; Date range: 1 March 2025 to 7 March 2025." A pending handover request reads "Please convert this entire batch to relisting." That request lacks a function inspection conclusion and an authorization boundary, so it cannot serve directly as a basis for relisting.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this page | Reason for the choice and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Form Input node | Collect return number, batch, and inspection status | Compare item by item with the inspection sheet fields; if a field is missing, keep it pending |
| User Selection node | Set two branches, "to refurbishment" and "to scrap" | Check the branch connections and confirm that a selection executes the corresponding "yes" branch |
| Interactive state check | After triggering, enter the interactive state and record state | Observe the hidden dialog box and the state record; no additional switch is set |
| Output handoff check | Pass form information to a later judgment node | Compare each node output against the form input for consistency |
| External action division | Order writing and status synchronization connect to a separate interface | Confirm that without an interface the action remains unexecuted |
| Relisting list | Generated only after inspection and authorization are both complete | Compare with the inspection sheet conclusion; if the conclusion is missing, do not generate |
The values in the table are hypothetical starting points for this exercise, not official default values.
Three common errors
- Treating form submission as business authorization. The Form Input node only collects required information and passes it to later nodes. Treating "submitting the inspection sheet" directly as permission to relist skips the function inspection and the authorization check. The check is to take the "function pending inspection" field in the sample and compare whether the drafted request already has an inspection conclusion and an authorization boundary. If either is missing, the request remains pending verification.
- Treating a User Selection branch as already executed. The User Selection node executes the corresponding "yes" branch after the user makes a selection. The selection action itself does not equal completed order writing or status synchronization. The check is to verify the branch connections and whether an external interface exists; when no interface exists, record that the action is unexecuted.
- Treating retrieval results as a permission filter. A relevance score does not perform category, entity, or permission filtering, and retrieval does not constitute authorization. The check is to confirm that the material needed for verification sits within a target retrieval scope the requester may access, or within an explicit manual input. When it is missing, record the evidence gap.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample inspection sheet text and the drafted request, then compare the disposition destination in the request against the status field in the inspection sheet. If the status is "function pending inspection" while the request asks for full relisting, judge the request unsupported, preserve the evidence gap, and do not supply an authorization clause.
- Input an explicit paper empty result [] and check whether the downstream node design handles the empty-result branch. Do not claim that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns an empty array. Record only the output and failure branch actually observed.
- Check the retrieval library identifier and the vector model identifier, and exclude those that do not match. Do not run cross-model retrieval to compare missed recalls. Image retrieval requires a corresponding image input and model capability; reranking requires the model and must be enabled according to the setting. The optional paths listed in the document do not mean every request executes all of them.
