What the documents look like
Site selection and store opening for a chain headquarters happens before the store begins trading. The core work is lease negotiation and engineering delivery, and the recurring materials are the site evaluation form, the letter of intent for lease, the renovation budget, and the opening schedule. These materials update irregularly, one set per store.
An anonymous access window can create a temporary address that any internet user can reach, and the cost is billed to the team that owns the application. Conversation records depend on a localId that the system generates per user, and this only holds on the same device and the same browser; switching devices or clearing browser cache loses those records. The documented pull limit is the most recent 30 days and 20 records. Identity verification sits in the commercial edition scope. Once a root address is configured, initialization, conversation start, and conversation end each send a request to a specific interface under that address.
Constraints at the shared access step
Site selection materials carry landlord details, rent terms, and engineering milestones. A share link does not constitute any business authorization. The link identifier, authToken, and uid identify a visitor and pull conversation records; they do not indicate that a lease intent has been signed, that a renovation budget has been approved, or that an opening schedule has been confirmed. Identity verification allows the user to continue only when the interface returns success as true. The uid must be a string without the characters "|", "/", or "\" and no longer than 255 bytes, otherwise the system returns the Invalid UID error. The result reporting interface has no specified return value; its response data follows the chat interface format with an additional token, and totalPoints and token are the fields to watch. Expiry time, QPM, and points cap are partly configurable only in the commercial edition.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: a chain headquarters development department holds a draft letter of intent for lease with the following wording: "Lessor: a commercial management company; Lessee: a chain headquarters; Subject: a third-floor unit in a shopping mall; Intended lease term: five years; This letter of intent takes effect on the date both parties sign, and before signing it creates no lease rights or obligations." In the same batch, a renovation budget sheet is marked "pending review by the engineering manager," and an opening schedule sheet is marked "pending confirmation by regional development." The plan is to embed the share link into an internal approval page, and the proposed sentence reads: "The lease intent for this unit has taken effect, the renovation budget has been approved, and opening can proceed per the schedule." The question is whether the proposed sentence is supported by the materials above.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Assumed exercise starting point | Check and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Site selection fulfillment Q&A | Used only for record display; compare character by character with the material name |
| Expiry time | Set for this exercise window | After this time the link cannot be used; compare with the exercise start and end dates |
| QPM | Set for exercise traffic | Maximum visits per user per minute; compare with observed request counts |
| Points cap | Set for exercise budget | Maximum billing data produced by this link; compare with accumulated consumption |
| Identity verification | Root address entered | Commercial edition only; check whether the interface returns success and whether uid matches the format |
| View quoted chunks | Selected as the exercise requires | Compare with the quoted display scope described in the documentation |
These values are assumed exercise starting points. The reason for choosing them is to cover the visit volume of one internal approval exercise, and the comparison target is the values actually recorded during the exercise. They are not official defaults.
Three common errors
- Treating the share link or authToken as proof that the lease intent has taken effect. The link only provides an access entry. The material wording "takes effect on the date both parties sign, and before signing it creates no lease rights or obligations" leaves this as an unverified state.
- Reading the renovation budget sheet marked "pending review by the engineering manager" as approved. A pending review does not demonstrate a lack of operating permission, and it does not equal approval. The phrase "has been approved" in the proposed sentence is unsupported.
- Reading the opening schedule sheet marked "pending confirmation by regional development" as ready to open per schedule. Schedule confirmation and opening execution are different facts, and the materials record no confirmation result.
How to verify the setup
- Input the letter of intent wording from the hypothetical sample together with the proposed sentence. Compare "the lease intent has taken effect" with "takes effect on the date both parties sign, and before signing it creates no lease rights or obligations." The condition is met only when evidence of completed signature by both parties appears. At present this is unsupported.
- Input the renovation budget sheet wording "pending review by the engineering manager" together with the proposed sentence "the renovation budget has been approved." Compare the two status fields. The condition is met only when evidence appears that the engineering manager's review passed and approval followed. At present this is pending verification.
- Input the opening schedule sheet wording "pending confirmation by regional development" together with the proposed sentence "opening can proceed per the schedule." Compare the confirmation status with the execution status. The condition is met only when evidence appears that regional development confirmation is complete. The evidence gap remains open at present.
