What the documents look like
Letter-of-credit examination and presentation work serves the bank's payment conditions, and its central concern is consistency across documents rather than tax matching. The material for this page comes from issuing-bank notices, UCP600 clauses, forwarder bills of lading, and bank presentation records. The documents handled in a single transaction include the letter of credit, commercial invoice, bill of lading, insurance policy, and draft. For copy drafting, the input is the goods description, quantity, amount, and shipment information already stated in those documents, and the output is a proposed sentence for a product page or marketing material. Every drafted sentence must be checkable against the source wording, and selling points, certifications, or commitments absent from the documents fall outside the drafting scope. Data updates per transaction. This page does not derive batch synchronization or automatic triggering from that frequency.
Constraints at the interactive forms step
When the Form Input node triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution waits for the user to complete the form. After submission, the node collects the entered information and passes it to later nodes. The node does not include a business database function. The User Selection node also enters an interaction state and executes the corresponding branch according to the user's choice; it does not act as a personnel directory or a business-data selector. Field validation, business approval, write-back, and batch operations require implementation in an external system or a later node. In copy drafting, the form collects the material to be checked and the proposed sentence, and the interaction state ensures the material is submitted before drafting proceeds.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: the source material reads, "The commercial invoice states the goods name as stainless-steel insulated cup, quantity 2,000 pieces, unit price USD 4.50; the bill of lading states port of loading Ningbo, port of discharge Hamburg, shipment date 10 March 2025." The proposed sentence to be judged is, "This batch of insulated cups has obtained EU food-contact material certification and holds temperature for 24 hours." The source does not state the certification or the holding duration, so the proposed sentence is unsupported. The handover request reads, "Please confirm the usable range of the copy based on the above invoice and bill of lading information." This is a pending request and does not constitute approval.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this exercise | Reason for the choice and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Required form fields | Goods name, quantity, amount | Aligns with the invoice fields; compare submission behavior when a field is missing |
| User selection branches | Material submitted, material pending supplement | Covers the completed-interaction and waiting states; compare branch direction |
| Proposed sentence field | Single-sentence text | Allows sentence-by-sentence comparison with the source material |
| Source material paste area | Invoice and bill of lading paragraphs | Provides the subject, object, and effective scope needed for judgment |
| Interaction state record | Enabled | The documentation states the node records workflow state and waits for interaction |
| Downstream division of labor | External system | Field validation and approval are not implemented in this node |
Three common errors
- Treating a certification statement in the proposed sentence as a verified fact. The input is the proposed sentence above, the source material does not state the certification, the comparison result is unsupported, and the item should be marked pending verification.
- Treating a handover request as approved. The input is "Please confirm the usable range of the copy," the request is in a pending state, the comparison against the signed or authorized evidence required for approval returns a missing result.
- Using the User Selection node as a substitute for business-data selection. The input is a certification-status option, the node only executes a branch, the comparison against whether the source material states the certification returns a not-stated result.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample source material and the proposed sentence "This batch of insulated cups has obtained EU food-contact material certification." Compare whether the certification statement in the proposed sentence appears in the source. When the certification wording does not appear in the source, the judgment is unsupported.
- Input the handover request "Please confirm the usable range of the copy based on the above invoice and bill of lading information." Compare whether an approval record or authorized signature exists. With only the request text present, the judgment is pending.
- Input the shipment date 10 March 2025 from the source material and the holding duration of 24 hours from the proposed sentence. Compare whether the two belong to the same field. When the fields differ and the source does not state the duration, the judgment is unsupported.
