What the documents look like
Certificates of origin serve import-country tariff and customs clearance purposes, and they are not necessarily governed by a letter of credit. For copy drafting in this category, the material to be checked therefore comes from the China International Trade Single Window, the CCPIT system, enterprise production records, and the customer's clearance requirements. The document set concentrates on certificate-of-origin applications, commercial invoices, packing lists, and production cost materials. The update frequency is per shipment or in batches. At the copy-drafting step, the drafter aligns the subject, goods, quantity, status, and validity scope drawn from the invoice, packing list, and production records, then assesses whether a proposed sentence is supported by those materials. The brief states only per-shipment or batch frequency; this page does not infer real-time, transaction-triggered, or full-synchronization mechanisms from it.
Two features of this category shape the drafting step. First, the certificate serves tariff and clearance outcomes, so the material basis is the shipment record and the customer's stated import requirement, not a letter-of-credit examination standard. Second, the working documents are shipment-level and can repeat in batches, so the same form interaction may be used many times across separate consignments. The task on this page is drafting product and marketing copy; the interactive nodes collect the material text and the proposed sentence, and they do not decide whether a promotional sentence is substantiated.
Constraints at the interactive forms step
When the form input node is triggered, the conversation enters an interactive state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution waits until the user completes the interaction. After the user fills the required information and submits, the node collects the submitted form information and passes it to subsequent nodes. The node does not include business database functionality. Field validation, business approval, write-back, and batch operations need to be implemented in an external system or in subsequent nodes. The user selection node executes a branch according to the user's choice; it does not act as a personnel directory or a business data selector. In the copy-drafting task, the interactive nodes collect the material to be checked and the proposed sentence. They do not judge whether a promotional sentence holds.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: the source material reads, "Applicant: Example Export Enterprise A; Goods: Example Goods B; Invoice No.: INV-001; Invoice Date: 2026-03-01; Quantity: 100 pieces; the production record states that this batch was completed on 2026-02-20; customer clearance requirement: the import country is Example Country C." The proposed sentence reads, "This batch of Example Goods B was produced in February 2026, quantity 100 pieces, and meets the clearance requirements of Example Country C." The items to be judged are whether the production completion time, the quantity, and the clearance requirement in the proposed sentence fall within the scope of the source material. The source material states only the import country for the clearance requirement; it does not state specific terms.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Type | Hypothetical starting point for this exercise and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Official node | Collect the source material text and the proposed sentence; the starting point is two text fields, and the comparison is whether the submitted information is passed to subsequent nodes |
| User selection node | Official node | Branches are "continue checking" and "supplement materials"; the starting point is two options, and the comparison is which branch executes after a choice |
| Required-information check | Implementation check item | List subject, goods, quantity, date, and clearance requirement; compare submission behavior when an item is missing and after it is supplied |
| Interactive state record | Official behavior | On trigger, the conversation enters the interactive state; compare whether the workflow continues before and after the interaction is completed |
| Downstream division of labor | Implementation check item | Field validation and approval are implemented externally; compare this node's output with the external system's input |
The values in the table are hypothetical starting points for this exercise and do not represent official default values. The reason for choosing this starting point is that the sample contains five field categories, which correspond item by item to the required-information check.
Three common errors
- Treating the user selection node as a business data selector. When the input is a personnel or customer list, this node only executes a branch; it does not verify identity or permission. Check: input the "continue checking" branch from the sample and observe whether only the branch is triggered without any write to a business database.
- Treating form submission as completion of business approval. The input is the sample source material and the proposed sentence; after submission, only the filled information is passed on. Check: compare the submission result with the external approval record and confirm whether the approval status remains pending review.
- Treating the production completion time in the material as proof that the clearance requirement is met. The input is the sample source text, in which the clearance requirement states only the import country and no specific terms. Check: compare the proposed sentence with the source text and confirm whether the clearance requirement is supported.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample source material and the proposed sentence, then compare the production time in the proposed sentence with "2026-02-20" in the source text, and the quantity with "100 pieces" in the source text. When the proposed sentence matches the source text on the same subject, the same period, and the same field, the condition is met. The clearance requirement portion is recorded as pending verification because the source text does not state specific terms.
- Input the required fields from the sample and delete the subject, goods, quantity, date, and clearance requirement one at a time, then compare the submission behavior after each deletion. When the interactive state does not continue with a missing item and continues after the item is supplied, the condition is met. This item is a paper check and does not claim that it has been tested.
- Input the "supplement materials" branch from the sample and compare the branch that executes after the choice with the "continue checking" branch. When the two branches execute separately and no write to a business database occurs, the condition is met. An empty-result downstream design can be checked with a paper input of []; this does not claim that retrieval necessarily returns []. Libraries using different vector models cannot be associated together; verify the identifier first, exclude those that do not match, and record the actual observation.
