What the documents look like
Dealer ordering events serve offline dealer reservations and do not directly manage platform storefronts. That difference places the source material for copy drafting in four record groups: the ordering event system, historical sales, dealer inventory, and financial credit approval. The routine documents are the ordering handbook, the ordering contract, the sample list, and the credit approval record. These materials form the factual base for product and marketing copy. The most time-consuming steps are explaining new product policy, collecting order quantities, and approving credit lines. When copy drafting is separated from these materials, later explanation and approval lose a checkable reference. The update frequency is quarterly and yearly; this page's function does not change with that cycle, so it is not expanded here.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
When the form input node triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and after the user fills required information and submits, the node passes that information to subsequent nodes. When the user selection node triggers, it likewise enters an interaction state; when the user makes a selection, the node evaluates the selection and executes the "yes" branch. The interaction state record is behavior of the interaction nodes; no separate global state-recording switch is documented. Collected information must be explicitly passed to later retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes, and outputs must be compared against inputs item by item. Order writing, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or downstream flow; the node itself does not complete those business actions.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: a brand channel department plans to draft a new product sentence before an ordering event. The source text supplied for checking reads: "The sample list for this season lists Style A coat, color dark gray; the ordering handbook marks this style as applicable to the autumn-winter window." "The credit approval record shows dealer A's current credit status as pending review." The draft sentence to be judged is: "Style A coat has received credit approval and can be ordered immediately." The judgment point: the material states only that credit status is pending review and does not state approval; the draft sentence writes pending review as approved credit, which is unsupported.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Setting or check content | Relation to this page's documents |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | After triggering, enters interaction state, collects required information, passes it to later nodes after submission | Collects dealer's intended quantity and selected styles |
| User selection node | After the user makes a selection, executes the "yes" branch; verify branch connections one by one | Separates "confirm draft" and "return for revision" paths |
| Output handoff | Explicitly passes collected information to later retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes | Compares draft sentences against the sample list and credit approval item by item |
| Hypothetical trial starting point | This exercise sets the credit status field starting value to "pending review," matching the source text; the comparison object is the actual status value in the approval record | Used to check whether a draft sentence exceeds the material's scope |
| External action division | Order writing, document backfill, and external status synchronization connect to a separate business interface or downstream flow | Copy finalization does not equal ordering or credit approval |
Three common errors
- Treating pending review as approved. The input is the "pending review" field in the credit approval record; the comparison object is "has received credit approval" in the draft sentence. If the two values differ, the draft is unsupported and must be returned for revision.
- Treating the interaction state record as a global switch. The input is the state record after the form input node triggers; the comparison object is the behavior described in the node documentation. If a configuration contains a global state-recording switch not documented, it exceeds the documented scope.
- Treating copy finalization as business execution. The input is a draft sentence that passed checking; the comparison object is order writing and credit approval. Treating finalization as a completed order or completed credit approval confuses copy drafting with downstream business actions.
How to verify the setup
- Draft sentence check. Input the draft sentence from the hypothetical sample, "Style A coat has received credit approval and can be ordered immediately"; compare against the source text stating credit status as "pending review." If the draft sentence and the material value differ, the judgment is unsupported and the evidence gap must be recorded.
- Branch connection check. Input the two branches after the user selection node triggers; compare whether the connections for "confirm draft" and "return for revision" each point to the corresponding downstream node. If a branch is unconnected or points to the wrong node, the judgment is an incomplete connection.
- Empty-result handoff check. Input the paper input []; compare the downstream node's design for receiving an empty result. If the downstream does not explicitly handle an empty result, record it as pending verification and do not claim retrieval will necessarily return empty.
This page addresses only the brand dealer ordering event, product and marketing copy drafting, and workflow routing. Whether a specific promotional sentence in product copy is supported by the materials cannot be converted into an enterprise identity certification tutorial.
