What the documents look like
Copy drafting for supermarket supplier accounts draws on four document families: procurement contracts, delivery acceptance notes, rebate agreements, and reconciliation statements. Compared with large-format concession counters, supplier entry settlement here is mostly purchase-and-sale or consignment payables, and a permanent on-site operation is not necessarily present. That difference matters for drafting because product status, quantity basis, and settlement conditions have to be checked against the contract and the acceptance notes rather than assumed from a sales floor.
Source material updates on a weekly and monthly cadence. Any quantity or amount cited in a draft should state which document it came from and which period it covers. A delivery acceptance quantity from a previous cycle cannot be carried into the current period's copy as if it were current.
Constraints at the model connections step
Model connections begin with confirming that the AI Proxy dependency is deployed. App and Admin must both set AIPROXY_API_ENDPOINT and a non-empty AIPROXY_API_TOKEN; missing either one causes startup validation to fail. AIPROXY_API_ENDPOINT takes the service root address and does not carry /v1 or /chat/completions. Model capabilities are checked against the inputs the application needs, with multimodal and tool-calling verified separately. Application parameters are set in the application or node configuration; assuming that a same-named field on a compatible chat interface overrides orchestration is not supported.
Hypothetical exercise sample. The material text reads: "Party A agrees that Party B may supply ambient yogurt at Store A from March 1, 2026; the settlement method is purchase-and-sale; the accepted quantity is governed by the delivery acceptance note." The draft sentence under review reads: "This product has been sold at Store A since March, with quantities governed by the acceptance note." The question is whether the draft sentence is supported by the source text. The source contains the authorizing party, the object, the status, and the effective range; the draft sentence omits the "Party A agrees" authorization source.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting value | Basis and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
AIPROXY_API_ENDPOINT | Assume http://aiproxy:3000 | Compare against the documented example format; confirm no /v1 appended |
AIPROXY_API_TOKEN | Assume a non-empty string | Compare against the AI Proxy server-side configuration; confirm they match |
| Model capability check | Assume tool calling is selected | Compare against whether the drafting task requires tool calling |
| Application parameters | Assume maxContext set in node configuration | Compare against the model metadata maxContext; confirm it is not exceeded |
| Draft field mapping | Assume fieldMap is empty | Compare against whether the model needs field mapping; fill in as required |
These values are hypothetical starting points for this exercise and are not official defaults.
Three common errors
- Treating "since March" in the draft sentence as the contract effective date. The source only states supply "from March 1, 2026" and does not state the contract signing date or effective date; those are different facts.
- Treating the acceptance note quantity as the settlement quantity. The source only states that the accepted quantity is governed by the delivery acceptance note; it does not state the settlement quantity calculation rule.
- Entering a full request address into
AIPROXY_API_ENDPOINT. The documentation requires the root address; appending/v1causes validation to fail.
How to verify the setup
- Input the hypothetical source text and the draft sentence, then compare whether the draft sentence retains the "Party A agrees" authorization source. If the draft sentence omits the authorization source, judge it as unsupported.
- Input the hypothetical
AIPROXY_API_ENDPOINTvalue and compare whether it contains/v1. If it does, judge the configuration as incorrect. - Input "since March" from the draft sentence and compare whether the source states the contract effective date. If the source does not state it, record an evidence gap rather than judging it as a negation or conflict.
