What the documents look like
Retail plastic bag and single-use item reporting sits around disposable plastics reporting and environmental supervision. Its records come from the Ministry of Commerce reporting system, point-of-sale plastic bag sales, procurement systems, and store ledgers. The everyday paperwork covers plastic bag procurement ledgers, sales vouchers, semi-annual reports, and self-discipline commitments. The people involved are store outlets, head-office compliance, and administrative procurement. Mistakes here can lead to rectification within a deadline, fines from ten thousand to one hundred thousand yuan, and regulatory interviews. Data updates on two layers: semi-annual reports summarize by period, while procurement and sales vouchers arise daily.
For copy drafting, any quantity, period, or status cited in proposed copy has to stay consistent with those documents. Workflow routing links the document-check result and the drafting judgement into traceable steps.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
This page handles workflow routing only within copy drafting for retail plastic bag and single-use item reporting. When the form input node triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and after the user fills required information and submits, the node passes that information to later nodes. The user selection node also enters an interaction state, and after the user makes a choice it executes the corresponding “yes” branch. Both are user interaction nodes, can be added repeatedly, and trigger execution. Interaction state, state recording, and hiding the dialog box are existing behaviours of these nodes; no separate global state-recording switch is set here.
For copy drafting, form input suits collecting the proposed sentence, the cited material, and the check conclusion. User selection suits a human deciding between several handling directions. Collected information must be passed explicitly to later retrieval, judgement, or interface nodes, and output compared item by item against input. Order writes, document backfill, and external status synchronization need a separate business interface or later flow; form submission alone does not complete them.
Hypothetical paper exercise (not a real record and not an executed operation):
Material text one: “In the first half of 2025 this store procured 12,000 single-use plastic bags, of which 8,000 were degradable and 4,000 were ordinary.”
Material text two: “For the same period, point-of-sale records show 11,500 plastic bags sold, and sales vouchers are completely retained.”
Proposed sentence to be judged: “In the first half of 2025 all single-use plastic bags at this store were degradable, and there are no environmental compliance problems whatsoever.”
The comparison covers the two material texts and the proposed sentence, limited to procurement quantity, sales quantity, and material composition for this store in the first half of 2025. The phrase “all … were degradable” conflicts with the composition in material text one, and “no environmental compliance problems whatsoever” is unsupported by the materials.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below uses the hypothetical exercise above. Values are starting points for this paper exercise, chosen to show the comparison method, and are not official defaults.
| Configuration or check item | Hypothetical starting point | Comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Form input fields collected | Proposed sentence, material texts, comparison scope | After submission, compare each collected value against what reaches later nodes |
| User selection branches | Consistent, inconsistent, unsupported | After the user chooses, check which branch connection executed |
| Interaction state check | Enters interaction state on trigger | Observe whether the conversation enters interaction state and continues after submission |
| Output handover check | Collected information reaches the judgement node | Compare judgement-node input against form output item by item |
| Material scope fields | Subject, period, field | Require same subject, same period, same field when judging |
| External action split | Document backfill uses a separate interface | Check whether the flow states that a later flow performs backfill |
Three common errors
- Reading material text one’s “8,000 degradable and 4,000 ordinary” as “all degradable.” The error is treating a partial value as a whole. Input is the composition in material text one; the comparison object is “all” in the proposed sentence; the observable result is that the two quantity ranges do not match.
- Treating material text two’s complete retention of sales vouchers as confirmed environmental compliance. The error is merging voucher retention status with a compliance conclusion in one field. Input is the sales voucher record; the comparison object is “no environmental compliance problems whatsoever”; the observable result is that the materials state no compliance confirmation.
- Treating form submission as completed document backfill. The error is taking a collection action at an interaction node for an external business action. Input is the form submission; the comparison object is document backfill status; the observable result is that the flow does not state that a later interface performs backfill.
How to verify the setup
- Enter material text one, material text two, and the proposed sentence from the hypothetical exercise above. Compare the material wording in the proposed sentence against the composition in material text one. Observe whether the setup identifies that “all … were degradable” does not match “8,000 degradable and 4,000 ordinary,” and whether it executes the “inconsistent” branch. Expected: inconsistency is identified; no claim is made that this was actually tested.
- Enter the sales voucher record from material text two and the compliance wording in the proposed sentence. Compare whether the two fields correspond. Observe whether the compliance conclusion is marked unsupported. Expected: marked unsupported, with the evidence gap retained.
- Enter the proposed sentence and material texts collected by the form. Observe whether the collected values reach the later judgement node, and check whether document backfill is carried by a later flow. Expected: collected values can be compared item by item, and the backfill action is declared elsewhere in the flow. If a later node does not receive the collected values, record an output handover gap. Empty-result handover can be checked with the explicit paper input [] against the downstream design; no claim is made that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns [].
