What the documents look like
This category covers disposable plastic products reporting and environmental supervision. The working materials come from the Ministry of Commerce reporting system, POS plastic bag sales records, the procurement system, and store ledgers. The day-to-day documents are plastic bag procurement ledgers, sales vouchers, semi-annual reports, and self-discipline commitments. Copy drafting has to check the material, specification, quantity, and date range recorded in the procurement ledger against the corresponding entries in the sales vouchers. Update frequency is described as semi-annual and daily; this page does not derive batch synchronization or real-time triggers from that fact. The most time-consuming drafting steps are counting usage and reconciling sales vouchers, so model connection configuration has to pin down the correspondence between source material and proposed sentences, keeping drafted copy inside what the material can support.
Constraints at the model connections step
Model connections run through AI Proxy. In the shared App and Admin configuration, AIPROXY_API_ENDPOINT and AIPROXY_API_TOKEN are required; a missing value in either causes startup validation to fail. Legacy OpenAI environment variables or a single-model custom request address do not replace these two settings. AIPROXY_API_ENDPOINT takes the service root address without /v1 appended. Model capabilities are checked against the input the application needs, with multimodal input, tool calling, and reasoning configuration verified separately. Application parameters are set in the application or node configuration; the same-named fields of a compatible chat interface cannot be assumed to override orchestration. The system needs at least one language model and one index model to work normally. Retrieval and relevance scores do not carry permission or entity isolation duties, and the same-vector-model requirement for a retrieval dataset does not extend to external systems.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: a store ledger reads "Procurement of disposable plastic bags from March 1 to March 31, 2025, totaling 12,000 units, material high-density polyethylene, specification 30cm×50cm, supplier Packaging Plant A; POS plastic bag sales records for the same period total 11,500 units." The sentence to be judged reads "All plastic bags in this store use degradable material, with monthly sales steadily exceeding 12,000 units." The comparison points are whether the material wording matches the material recorded in the ledger, and whether the sales figure matches the quantity recorded in the sales voucher. The ledger records high-density polyethylene and the sales record shows 11,500 units, while the draft sentence states degradable material and more than 12,000 units.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting value for this exercise | What it is compared against |
|---|---|---|
AIPROXY_API_ENDPOINT | Assume http://aiproxy:3000 | Whether it is the service root address with no /v1 appended |
AIPROXY_API_TOKEN | Assume a non-empty token matching the server configuration | Whether it is non-empty and consistent with the server configuration |
| Language model and index model | Assume one of each enabled | Whether the system minimum of one language model and one index model is met |
| Model capability check | Assume item-by-item checking against the input the copy task needs | Whether multimodal input, tool calling, and reasoning configuration are verified separately |
| Application parameters | Assume they are set in the application or node configuration | Whether same-named fields of a chat interface are wrongly assumed to override orchestration |
The starting values are chosen to fix the connection address and credential first so each item can be checked in turn. The comparison method is to check the value against the documented filling rule for that variable.
Three common errors
- Filling
AIPROXY_API_ENDPOINTwith a full request address that includes/v1. The check input is the address to be filled; the comparison object is the documented root-address rule; the observable result is whether/v1appears at the end of the address. - Using an application API key in place of
AIPROXY_API_TOKEN. The check input is the token to be filled; the comparison object is the documented administrator token requirement; the observable result is whether the value is non-empty and consistent with the server configuration. - Treating the material and sales figures in the draft sentence as already recorded in the ledger and sales voucher. The check input is the draft sentence and the ledger text; the comparison object is the material field and the quantity field; the observable result is that the ledger records high-density polyethylene and the sales record shows 11,500 units, which do not match the degradable material and the more than 12,000 units in the draft sentence.
How to verify the setup
- The input is the hypothetical ledger text and the draft sentence. Compare the material field. If the material in the draft sentence differs from the material recorded in the ledger, the sentence is judged unsupported by the material.
- The input is the hypothetical sales voucher quantity of 11,500 units and the quantity wording in the draft sentence. Compare the quantity field. If the figure in the draft sentence differs from the quantity recorded in the voucher, the sentence is judged unsupported by the material.
- The input is the hypothetically filled connection address and token. Compare them against the documented filling rules. If the address carries no
/v1and the token is non-empty and consistent with the server configuration, the connection settings meet the documented conditions. If either is missing, startup validation fails; the specific error content is not given in the documents and remains unknown.
