What the documents look like
Multi-store matrix management draws on platform merchant back ends, ERP channel prices, brand anti-counterfeiting systems, and dealer reports. Brand e-commerce leads, channel operations staff, and dealer e-commerce teams work daily with store authorization lists, price control sheets, diversion complaint forms, and monthly sales reports. Compared with single-store advertising, a multi-store matrix places more weight on cross-store authorization and price order. For copy drafting, this means a draft cannot rest on one store's material alone. Authorization scope, price fields, and complaint status each need a checkable source, and a multi-turn conversation has to keep those sources inside their stated boundaries.
Constraints at the multi-turn prompts step
Memory turns control how many earlier rounds the model may reference. Set too low, and earlier authorization information may not be available; set too high, and more content enters the context with added consumption and slower responses. A prompt should state the material scope, the answering task, and how to behave when evidence is missing, so the model does not supply business facts on its own. Question optimization applies in knowledge-base continuous conversation for checking pronoun resolution and question expansion. Model and length settings need to be checked against the model's supported context and reply ceiling, with long-document and follow-up combinations tested together. Reply format follows the downstream consumer; when json_schema is selected, the corresponding format requirements must be filled in and the returned structure verified. A retrieval relevance score does not carry permission or entity-isolation duties.
Hypothetical drill sample: three source sentences. First: "The store authorization list states: Store A is authorized until 31 December 2025, and the authorized product category is household cleaner." Second: "The price control sheet states: household cleaner 500 ml has a suggested retail price of 39 yuan and a minimum promotional price of 29 yuan." Third: "The diversion complaint form states: the complaint target is Store B, and the complaint status is pending verification." The draft sentence to be judged: "Store A's household cleaner 500 ml is authorized for sale until 31 December 2025 at a price of 39 yuan, meeting price control requirements." This sentence touches four checkpoints: authorization period, product category, price field, and complaint status.

Three common errors
- Treating a relevance score as a permission filter. The
scorereturned by retrieval expresses similarity only, not admission of Store A's authorization scope or price fields. The error appears as accepting the draft sentence's price as compliant on the strength of a high score. The check is to input the sample material, compare the 39 yuan in the draft sentence with the 39 yuan field in the price control sheet, and observe whether the field comparison is skipped on the basis of the score alone. - Writing a pending-verification status as confirmed. The diversion complaint form states Store B's complaint status as pending verification, and the draft sentence does not mention Store B. The error appears as treating pending verification as already handled or already excluded. The check is to input the complaint form text, compare the status field with the draft sentence wording, and observe whether the draft sentence makes any assertion about Store B's status.
- Merging the authorization period and the product category into one judgment. The authorization list states both the validity period and the category, and these are separate fields. The error appears as checking only the date and ignoring the category, or the reverse. The check is to input the two fields separately, compare whether the draft sentence covers both 31 December 2025 and household cleaner, and observe whether a judgment satisfies only one of them.
How to verify the setup
- Input the three sample source sentences and the draft sentence, and compare the authorization period, product category, and price field in the draft sentence against the corresponding fields in the source. The expected observation is that the date, category, and price in the draft sentence each have a same-field, same-value counterpart in the source; where a field is not stated in the source, record it as unsupported.
- Input the diversion complaint form text and compare the complaint status field with the draft sentence wording. The expected observation is that the draft sentence makes no assertion that Store B's status is confirmed or excluded; if such an assertion appears, record it as beyond the material's support.
- Input a follow-up question, "Does Store A's authorization cover household cleaner," and compare the category field cited in the reply with the authorization list text. The expected observation is that the reply cites "household cleaner" without extending to other categories; if the reply introduces a category not stated in the source, record it as unsupported. All of the above are paper checks, and no actual run is claimed.
