What the documents look like
For copy drafting in Central chain procurement, this page examines FastGPT workflow routing. Centralized procurement copy separates headquarters terms, store requisitions and completed delivery. An existing contract cannot establish fulfillment across every location. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
A proposed headquarters contract defines centralized purchasing scope. Store requisitions await confirmation, while a delivery excerpt concerns one location. Collect store subjects and source status. A person may obtain requisition confirmation or inspect delivery coverage before drafting. Headquarters terms describe arrangements, not actual supply to every store. One delivery record does not establish receipt elsewhere. Supply no purchase quantities or performance figures, and carry missing coverage downstream.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Central procurement copy | Proposed source scope | Handoff check |
|---|---|---|
| Headquarters terms | Purchasing arrangement | Not supply to every store |
| Store requisition | Confirmation pending | This store’s reply |
| Delivery excerpt | One location | Not the whole network |
| Input subject | Store with its passage | Actual recipient check |
| Public wording | Evidenced scope only | No network-wide promise |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Form input node | Submitted form values pass to subsequent steps. |
User-selection node | Execution follows the connected selected branch. |
Interaction-state check | Inspect waiting and post-submission states. |
Output handoff check | Compare values passed between steps. |
External-operation responsibility | External business operations require an implementation. |
Three common errors
Contract promoted to fulfillment needs actual corresponding delivery. One store expanded to the network requires coverage subjects. Pending requisition promoted to an accepted order needs this store’s actual confirmation. These inspect stage, scope and demand status rather than substitute the headquarters name.
How to verify the setup
Compare stores and statuses received by both branches. Added delivery for one location changes only that location. A headquarters explanation alone cannot confirm order acceptance. Procurement orders, warehouse dispatch and customer notices need separate authority and receipts. A finished draft establishes neither executed distribution nor universal supply or timing commitments.
