What the documents look like
For document comparison in B2B marketplaces, this page examines FastGPT access controls. Test access to business identity material, quotation and contract separately rather than treating identity verification as a universal resource grant. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the access controls step
A B2B transaction comparison may require identity material, a quotation and an electronic contract. Associate each with an actual resource before inspecting the member’s reading scope. Business identity and an account grant are different evidence: naming a supplier in certification material does not add its account to a team or open every contract. An unreadable required source prevents the corresponding comparison. Inspect resource permission and whether the material was supplied before proceeding.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Permission or implementation check | B2B comparison source | Actual acceptance |
|---|---|---|
| Resource identity | Identity material, quotation and contract | Inspect each original’s reading scope |
| Business subject | Supplier name is separate from team membership | No inferred grant from identity material |
| Classification and rights | Same class or knowledge base is not equal access | Test actual visibility with both account types |
| External receipts | Authorize payment and logistics sources separately | Internal roles do not replace interface authentication |
| Retest after change | Separate added sources from grant changes | Retain absent receipts and access results |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Team roles | Inspect roles for the actual member identity. |
Resource permissions | Inspect reading, editing and management by resource. |
Document classification | Classification and tags do not replace authorization. |
External-system permissions | Verify external-interface authentication separately. |
Per-account validation | Test the same source with authorized and unauthorized accounts. |
Three common errors
- If supplier wording in certification becomes team membership, inspect actual members and contract resources. A business subject creates no system grant; retain missing mappings for confirmation.
- If contract classification permits a denied identity to read, test both account types against the same original, retaining operations and results. Labels or summaries establish no isolation.
- If an internal role substitutes for logistics or payment authentication, inspect external conditions and returns independently. Reading a contract supplies no missing external evidence for comparison.
How to verify the setup
Payment or logistics receipts require separate checks of the external system’s authentication; an internal team role does not automatically grant those records. After adding a source, repeat visibility tests for both identities and inspect intended changes to existing grants. Keep absent business evidence unresolved. Record resource results, quoted originals and applicability separately. A model summary neither replaces access testing nor supplies a receipt that was never obtained.
