What the documents look like
For document comparison in Temu semi-managed sellers, this page examines FastGPT document chunking. Photography scope and accessory-list instructions must retain their respective headings. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the document chunking step
A proposed Temu transaction document has separate headings: Photography scope says front of main item only, while List instructions says accessories are listed separately and must not be inferred from photographs. Removing headings during parsing could make separate accessories look like an additional photography task or make the main-item image appear to establish all delivery contents. Before chunking, compare original headings, paragraph membership and parsed wording. These entries constrain different objects: the photography action and reading of the delivery list. The overall file topic cannot replace their local relationships.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Original or chunk check | Specific source relationship | Evidence action |
|---|---|---|
| Heading membership | Photography scope and list instructions | Compare original and parsed paragraphs. |
| Action subjects | Photographing main item differs from reading list | Check subjects do not merge. |
| Chunk condition | Do not infer from photographs | Keep limitation with list instruction. |
| Search subjects | Exact terms and included-items question | Inspect what returned blocks support. |
| Added-list update | Actual list versus old photo blocks | Check processing, indexes and citation versions. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Original-document check | Compare original files with parsed output. |
Chunk completeness | Keep conditions traceable to their subjects. |
Data and indexes | Retain original-data and index evidence separately. |
Sample retrieval | Retest literal wording and natural questions. |
Post-update check | Inspect training or index state after updates. |
Three common errors
One common error is separating front of main item only while leaving accessories listed separately without its heading. Another is attaching list instructions to the image description and answering that photographed accessories are included. Check whether each block retains traceable subject and heading, distinguishing parsing misassignment from chunk-boundary separation. Original data and indexes need separate inspection: an accessory search entry cannot establish that its underlying block supplies the accessory list. Additional search entries cannot create a delivery scope absent from the actual document wording.
How to verify the setup
Acceptance should search the exact front-view and separate-accessory terms, then ask naturally whether the photograph represents all included items. Compare returned blocks with their headings and limitations, keeping photography and delivery-list reading distinct. If an actual list is added, inspect its identity, processing and index state before repeating the original questions against new passages. Successful upload does not establish that the list entered retrieval. Preserve original-to-parsed comparisons so that a repaired heading relationship is not undermined by continued use of older blocks in the final answer.
