What the documents look like
For document comparison in Amazon FBA preparation, this page examines FastGPT context limits. A pallet plan awaiting confirmation and a separate loose-carton proposal cannot merge through meeting suggestions. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the context limits step
A proposed FBA agreement requires confirmation of a pallet plan before warehouse delivery and separate discussion of a loose-carton alternative. Meeting notes say loose cartons could be considered, and a plan remark says pending confirmation. A question about proceeding directly with loose cartons needs each option and its condition in input. Could consider is a suggestion and pending confirmation is a plan state, not a selected alternative. The before-delivery relationship also cannot establish that a delivery event occurred. No final confirmation is included in this proposed packet.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Context review subject | Specific text condition | Acceptance evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Option subjects | Pallet and loose-carton options differ | Retain conditions for each option. |
| Suggestion wording | Could consider loose cartons | Do not turn into selected plan. |
| Confirmation subject | Plan still pending confirmation | Check scope of any final confirmation. |
| Earlier shipment | Another shipment may have used an option | Do not transfer executability to this shipment. |
| Per-option output | Suggestion, pending action and wording | Check option identity and parsing. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Model context | Use the actual model’s accepted context scope. |
Reply length | The reply limit differs from the context window. |
Knowledge-reference limit | Knowledge citation limits are token-based. |
History-input check | Compare empty-history and populated-history inputs. |
Structured-output handoff | Validate parsing, then inspect support for field values. |
Three common errors
One common error is a summary retaining the loose-carton option but losing separate discussion. Another is an earlier shipment practice moving into the current answer as an executable plan. Inspect the meeting suggestion, plan subject and historical shipment to distinguish trimmed conditions from transferred applicability. Confirmation of the pallet option would not automatically confirm loose cartons. Check actual context capacity and reply length separately; more output space cannot supply approval evidence, and a proposal merely entering model input does not make it an approved operational arrangement.
How to verify the setup
Acceptance should ask which options were discussed, what each still requires and whether current-shipment confirmation exists. Compare the same question with empty history and with the earlier-shipment record while preserving current conditions. The output can list suggestion, pending action and source per option; verify option identity and successful parsing if a fixed format is used. Later confirmation still needs its explicit subject checked. An isolated agreed cannot be detached from the option it concerns and expanded to mean that all packing and warehouse-entry conditions have been satisfied.
