What the documents look like
For document comparison in Amazon FBM fulfillment, this page examines FastGPT citation tracing. Trace delivery destination, temporary contact point and receipt notes to this order’s events. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the citation tracing step
A proposed FBM packet has an order directing delivery to the store’s rear entrance, a contact message suggesting the neighbouring reception if the phone is unanswered and a carrier note saying reception was contacted. The question combines an address change with completed delivery. A backup contact is not necessarily a new delivery point, and contact is not goods handover. An earlier receipt sample must remain distinguishable. Preserve the relationship between the store and neighbouring reception rather than joining the word reception across sources into a current receipt or cancellation of the original destination.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Transaction-source check | Material and action scope | Acceptance action |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery instruction | Store rear entrance | Inspect current version. |
| Backup contact | Neighbouring reception | Do not make it a new destination. |
| Carrier event | Contact is not receipt | Read action and object. |
| Earlier receipt sample | Separate historical material | Check order and event. |
| Current delivery | Handover record absent | Keep unresolved. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Associated knowledge bases | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Citation output | The output is an array; an empty array can continue. |
Citation input handoff | Inspect citations actually received by the answer step. |
Citation display check | Trace displayed sources to their originals. |
Document-validity check | Inspect source identity and applicable version separately. |
Three common errors
First, backup contact instructions may become a changed address; inspect current delivery instructions and an explicit amendment record. Second, reception contacted may become reception received the goods; read the event action and seek handover evidence. Third, an earlier receipt sample may be applied to this order; check order, location and event timing instead of equating a shared recipient label with identity. These require instruction-version, event-stage and document-attribution checks. Additional citation markers cannot replace the separate relationship evidence needed for each claimed action.
How to verify the setup
Ask where delivery is directed, whom the carrier contacted and who received what, retaining actual wording and source identity. Contact-message-only references leave both amendment and delivery unresolved; no missing receipt proves loss or refusal. Added receipt material still needs this order and goods as its object. Empty references require investigation of scope and input transfer. Text tracing changes no carrier address and determines no responsibility or compensation outcome. Those operational conclusions require separate applicable records rather than an inference from the related contact correspondence.
