JD POP seller operations: workflow routing for document comparison

Review workflow routing for document comparison in JD POP seller operations. Check sources, input boundaries, error handling and repeatable test evidence.

What the documents look like

JD POP third-party store operations handle four recurring material types in contract and transaction comparison: product information sheets, dispatch time commitments, dispute handling forms, and warranty-period service records. These materials come from the JD merchant backend, JD help center, JD open platform rules, and logistics tracking. Update frequency is daily or per order.

Compared with other platform store types, JD POP stores often work around open platform dispute rules and warranty-period service documents. The parties, periods, and fields across materials need item-by-item alignment. Dispatch time, buyer address, and dispute evidence submission are the more time-consuming steps. Comparison results affect whether a transaction dispute is established, the scope of after-sales responsibility, and platform penalty points.

Workflow orchestration in this scenario connects material collection, field checking, and human judgment into a reviewable process. Retrieval and forms do not themselves constitute authorization or business execution.

Constraints at the workflow routing step

The form input node enters an interaction state when triggered, records the workflow state, and continues downstream after the user completes interaction. After the user fills required information and submits, the node collects the form information and passes it to subsequent nodes. The user selection node also enters an interaction state; after the user makes a choice, the corresponding "yes" branch executes. The interaction state record is behavior of the interaction node; no separate global state-recording switch is documented.

Collected information must be explicitly passed to subsequent retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes, with outputs compared item by item against inputs. Order writing, document backfill, and external status synchronization require separate business interfaces or downstream processes; the orchestration layer does not perform these actions automatically.

The same-vector-model requirement for retrieval libraries applies only to jointly associated retrieval scopes. It does not extend to require that business registration sites or other external systems use the same model. A relevance score does not perform permission or entity isolation; retrieval is not authorization.

Configuration and implementation checks

The following configuration is built around this page's hypothetical drill sample. Sample content: the hypothetical material source text reads "Store A and Buyer B agreed on March 1, 2025 that dispatch time is within 48 hours after payment; logistics tracking shows pickup on March 4, 2025." The draft sentence to be judged reads "Store A completed dispatch within the agreed time limit." This sample is a paper exercise and does not refer to a real customer or real order.

Configuration itemSettingExplanation
Form input nodeCollect material source text and draft sentenceEnters interaction state when triggered; passes to subsequent nodes after submission
User selection nodeSet branches "material consistent," "material inconsistent," "pending verification"Executes the corresponding "yes" branch after the user makes a choice
Field comparison scopeSubject, date, dispatch time limit, logistics pickup timeSame subject, same period, same field comparison
Numeric comparison starting pointUse 48 hours as this hypothetical trial starting pointThis value is chosen because the material source text states that time limit; compare with logistics pickup time
Output handoffPass comparison result to a human review nodeBusiness writes and external synchronization require separate interfaces
Retrieval scopeLimited to target materials with access rightsRelevance score is not used for permission isolation

Three common errors

  1. Treating form submission as business authorization. The form input node collects information and passes it to subsequent nodes; the submission action does not constitute approval, signing, or execution authorization. If the draft sentence states "approved," a separate authorization document must be checked; when missing, record as pending verification.
  2. Treating the user selection branch result as a factual finding. The user selection node executes the "yes" branch, which only indicates that the user made that choice. It does not indicate that a material contradiction is established or that dispute responsibility is determined.
  3. Treating retrieval results as a basis for entity isolation. A relevance score does not exclude unrelated businesses or unauthorized records. The same-vector-model requirement for retrieval libraries does not apply to external systems. Libraries across different vector models cannot be jointly associated; verify identifiers first and exclude non-conforming ones.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input the hypothetical material source text and the draft sentence "Store A completed dispatch within the agreed time limit." Compare the dispatch time limit stated in the material source text, "within 48 hours after payment," with the logistics tracking pickup date "March 4, 2025." If the pickup time exceeds 48 hours, the draft sentence is inconsistent with the material source text; if within 48 hours, it is consistent; portions not stated in the material are recorded as unsupported.
  2. Input a pending review handoff request: "Request to update Store A's dispute handling form status to closed." Compare whether the request is accompanied by a closure approval record. If the approval record is missing, record as pending verification and do not treat as closed; pending review does not demonstrate absence of operating permission.
  3. Input a paper empty result [] to check downstream design. Compare whether the downstream node retains a gap record when receiving an empty result; do not claim that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns []. Observe whether the failure branch records the actual observation; do not guarantee first hit or full recall.
