What the documents look like
For document comparison in Regional dealer stock, this page examines FastGPT access controls. Inspect permissions for dealer replenishment, collection plans and stock sources, separating parties, periods and execution evidence. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the access controls step
A comparison exercise proposes a dealer request, a brand collection plan and warehouse stock wording. Sales checks this customer’s demand, finance checks funds sources, and warehouse staff identify goods. Confirm actual members and operations before combining documents; contact names create no cross-department permissions. Requested quantities, collection plans and point-in-time stock answer different questions. Matching goods establish neither the same dealer nor period. Readable sources prove no accepted order or allocatable stock beyond their actual coverage.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Dealer comparison access | Source subject | Verification evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Personnel mapping | Sales, finance and warehouse needs | Actual members and operations |
| Customer and period | Separate replenishment and collection | Party and date passages |
| Restricted sources | Other collection and internal credit | Full response and denial |
| Inventory status | Snapshot quantity is not allocatable stock | Input and definition |
| Execution boundary | Reading accepts no order or funds | Actual result and confirmation |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Team roles | Inspect roles for the actual member identity. |
Resource permissions | Inspect reading, editing and management by resource. |
Document classification | Classification and tags do not replace authorization. |
External-system permissions | Verify external-interface authentication separately. |
Per-account validation | Test the same source with authorized and unauthorized accounts. |
Three common errors
- If a sales contact gains universal dealer maintenance, inspect the account, customer mapping and operations. The owner confirms scope; commercial contact creates no authorization.
- If this request returns another customer’s collection or internal credit text, retain party passages and full responses. Shared brands or goods authorize no mutual access.
- If brand ordering connectivity establishes warehouse-source access or executed replenishment, inspect interface authentication, internal reading and current-order results separately. A plan supplies no funds receipt.
How to verify the setup
Test the same material with sales, finance, warehouse and unrelated-customer identities, recording passages, operations and denials by scope. Correct accounts with older stock dates need actual-input and definition checks rather than broader rights. Distinguish unobtained funds vouchers from obtained sources omitted from reading, then repeat within the original scope. Access accepts no replenishment, reserves no inventory and handles no collection. Supply and funds stages still need corresponding business sources and owner confirmation rather than a complete-looking document set.
